Hi, I have been an employee of Microworld Software Services Pvt Ltd ( MWTI ) located in Andheri-East, MIDC for the past 14 years. They are the manufacturer's of eScan Antivirus. Their website is www(dot)escanav(dot)com The horror story is : I left this company in November 2014 and gave them a proper 1 months notice ( no leaves taken in notice period ), filled all exit forms..etc.. Till date this company has not sent my releaving and Experience letter, I have contacted them through email ( prefer written communication). i have sent messages to Mr. Amod ( HR Manager ), Mr. Rushikesh ( Support Manager ) and since these two didn't respond i have sent an email to Mr. Sunil ( VP ). No reply from him too. Its been 5 months now and no Experience letter, releaving letter, settlement to my dues, Variable pay. !!! 5 months is enough time for a company to complete the above formalities. I wish someone can help me to get back whats rightfully mine. i am contactable on [protected]@gmail.com I hope that action can be taken on such companies that harrass employees.
