⭐ My Worst After-Sales Service Experience with Celfrost 😡

My father bought a Celfrost D-Freeze for our small business about 2–3 years ago. It worked perfectly until one day the compressor suddenly stopped working.

Here's how the nightmare started:

- 🙁 The product came with only a 1-year warranty, so we had no choice but to contact Celfrost customer support.
- 📞 Reaching customer care was frustrating because they were almost always busy.
- 😑 When I finally got through and explained the problem, they told me to fill out an online form. Seriously? It's 2026, and I'm already talking to you on the phone. Why make customers fill out another form?
- 🤦‍♂️ They ended the call, and I had to submit the form anyway.
- 🫤 A day later, someone contacted me... on WhatsApp! Yes, WhatsApp is apparently their main way of communicating with customers.
- 💸 They asked me to pay 100% of the service charges in advance, which was even mentioned on the invoice. I paid immediately.
- 😭 After 2 days, a technician finally arrived. He inspected the compressor and said, "You'll have to wait another 3 days because the new compressor hasn't arrived yet."
- ⏳ So we waited.
- 🤬 On the third day, after we followed up ourselves, the technician suddenly said, "Your compressor hasn't come because you haven't paid for the gas."

Excuse me... WHAT?

- 😡 We had already paid the service charges in full.
- ❌ Nobody informed us earlier that there would be a separate gas charge.
- 🤯 Suddenly, a new payment appeared out of nowhere because of their terrible communication.
- 🗣️ I argued with them about their complete lack of professionalism and communication.
- 📄 And what did they say? "We'll send the gas invoice tomorrow." Not today... tomorrow.

At this point, all I'm doing is paying, waiting, paying again, and waiting again. It's incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

⚠️ The worst part?

The replacement compressor has NO WARRANTY. So if they replace it today and it stops working just 2 days later, all the money I've spent and all the waiting would be completely wasted.

🚫 Based on this experience, I honestly cannot recommend buying Celfrost commercial products, especially their freezers. Their after-sales service is painfully slow, communication is terrible, unexpected charges keep appearing, and they don't even provide a warranty on replacement parts.

Very disappointing experience.
