Migsun Group — flat booking issue

I have booked a flat in migsun Atharva at rajnagar extension went out of my budget as they told me that their banker will provide 90% loan. I have paid only 5% and 5% will pay at the time possession but My Loan was not sanctioned. With my concern I even visited number of times to there office. But all in vain. Now they are telling us that there will be no refund and terminated our booking, saying that according to the policies, all our money will be deducted.
Kindly help us. It is our hard earned money. They are not providing us any kind of help and it’s been more than 6 month now.
