A client paid 3000 its been three days money has been deducted from his account but i haven't received payment from it yet its been three days

Updated by Ikramyamani Its been almost three days i have received the amount of rupees three thousand from bharatpee payment, although the Money has been deducted from the client its really unfair aur not reliable if things dont happen on time.
Its really bad remark and poor system they way they are operating i dont know how these people are working especially head responsible manager and the ceo who is running this,
I hope this will be considered as soon as possible.
