Dear Team,
We Had a discussion with one of the counselor at Miles Education Institution, Tidel Park, Tharamani, chennai for studying US CMA course for my son (his last working day was on that day 30th June 2023). He told off line class but the agreement which we got is on line class. They are not
changing the agreement to Offline. Finally, received a welcome aboard call and they confirmed that we are conducting online training only and not offline classes. We have not accepted/signed the agreement. They are very keen in getting the money as soon as possible. The money Rs 10, 000/- paid as advance on 30th june 2023.
We tell them very clearly we required offline classes from the beginning and requested them to refund money. they forcing to study student on online classes. we are talking to Ms.priyanga and Ms. Deepa lakshmi and trying to get the refund money. But till now they are not ready to refund money. From the beginning we had spoke to them for the offline classes only.
