I'm a meesho seller, I get orders that are to be dispatched by various logistics partners. Xpressbees is one of them, tool date I got around 6 orders that are top be dispatched by xpressbees. But they not even pickup one single order. They send me the otp and a link which shows the concerned person not available for pickup, or package not ready. This is the lie they tell everytime to coverup their mistake. I keep the package ready the same day I accept the order. But the pickup boy didn't come to pick my packages. All other logistic partners of meesho pickup orders on time. But xpressbees doesn't pickup orders but they will blame me. I even complained to the customer support, through call and mail. Even then my issue was not resolved and orders are not picked. Due to which all those orders get canceled after the due date. The more orders get cancelled the less volume of orders I receive on meesho. This is a huge loss for my small business Was this information helpful? |
