Millionaire Track — Took money from me and didn't gave the id

I want to state that I paid 1400 rs to Subroto Roy on 21 march 2023 who work in millionaire track. He took my money and didn't gave the id and he is not replying to my text and also he is not receiving my call. And now I want my money back. I request you to please help me and say him to refund my money back.
