I had ordered one lingerie product from this Milmila company that I came to know from Instagram.
They delivered a v wrong sized product and took the money at the time of delivery saying that the product will get exchanged. But it has been 1 month since we are calling the company... they are asking for our entire bank details as in account number and IFSC code. Initially they said they'll send refund to paytm but now they are saying if you want refund give your bank details otherwise get lost.
This is so rude...they don't have any customer ethics.Its a fraud company. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
