I have ordered a salwar set through

but received a wrong item. I sent emails to [protected]@gmail.com but no response from them. I contacted myshopify customer care and they asked me to contact ekart.
Kindly help me out to return and refund for my order.

I also faced same issue, seems like it's a fake site, they are intentionally collecting money and delivering used cloths.
