Hi,

I had ordered a product- saree and product code: 987654 from this https://minakshisaree.com/ website. I had placed order on 30th January 2022 and payment method was COD. I have received a different product on 3rd Feb that too completely damaged/torn. The person who called for delivery was very rude. Delivery man contact - [protected]. He had taken 840 rs. I have dropped mail for return and refund of money.

Please help to get back my amount. Thank you.

Updated by preety_Rai The mail sent on [protected]@minakshisaree.com has bounced back and no solution received. It is marked resolved here but no response from Consumer forum and the base company(Minakshi firm).
