Mindtree Ltd — received amex bill although submitted cards (personal and corporate) while departed

Hello,

I am a ex-employee of mindtree ltd, situated in global village, bangalore.
During my days with mindtree, i had opted for american express corporate and personal credit cards.

As per policy, when i left mindtree, in order to get the clearance, i had to submit both my personal and professional cards.
After 4 months, i started getting sms of my outstanding bill.

I have not used the card and had submitted when my prior employer asked me so. When i tried contacting them, they are not responding.
