Mindtree — Unable to transfer claim PF

I worked in Mindtree from Jan 2016 to Jul 2016, I had accident and there was injury in the stomach area therefore could not get back to work. Same time Mindtree stopped my employment because of absence.

Later i applied for PF cliam, i got the pf amount only Mindtree but my previous employment amount got struck. when i enquired got understand that i am suppose to transfer all previous employment pf to latest account in my UAN and then claim.

Problem is when i click on transfer pf amount of previous employer to latest employer that is Mindtree pf account, i am getting error that latest pf account is inactive.

Now i am unable to withdraw my previous employer pf amount or transfer it to latest account of Mindtree.

Any help in making my latest pf account of Mindtree active would help me transfer previous employer amount and claim.
