Mini Offer — wrong product supply

I recently ordered the casio watch from the minioffers.co.in website. The cost of watch was rs 12000 but they offered me rs 1849 for the same watch. They delivered a wrong product instead of orginal one. They are cheating the people by making fraud campaing in facebook and instagram please take a neccessary action againist them.
I have ordered casio edifice efr-556tr and my order no is #2861.
Your anteair package with awb[protected] will be delivered today. Pay rs.1849.0 by cash/dc/upi

Mini offers is fraud company. I ordered one smart watch worth Rs.1899. They sent a third class local not working watch and after that courier company and Mini offers are not responding.
Do not buy any product from this fraud company.

I had recently ordered a smartwatch from the minioffer website and I had received a fake watch which was completely different from the one I had ordered. I tried contacting the company regarding refund and return of the product but I wasn't able to contact them.

I want a refund for this product

I had made an order for smart watch in mini offer but I got a local earphone.
