My wife has ordered a baby char from a website minifold. in on the 2nd of February 2022 via using an online payment method. I have made the payment using my amazon UPI of 659. and soon I made a payment I got the message from my bank that amount had been debited, but a few mins later about 10, I got a call from my wife regarding not receiving the details of delivery from the merchant or any other information about confirming the order.
Hearing to this I asked my wife to share the message received on payment confirmation by PayU which reads as follows "Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 659.00 done for RAKSHIT MANISHBHAI MAKVANA has succeeded from payu team",
After receiving the details from my wife I started scruiting the website on which I found a few details like contact address, email address and a contact number to connect in case of any queries, following are the details
Address: Rajashree Business Park, Plot No 114, Survey No 338, Tadiwala Road, Nr. Sohrab Hall, Pune-411001. ( unfortunately, this is also a wrong address, as this is the dispatch facility address of Firstcry.com)

I dialled the number and found it switched off, I immediately raised a complaint ticket to PayU about the fraudster and refund. The complaint no is LL[protected], which is to be completed by the expected date 5th of February, but unfortunately, PayU also didn't reply yet.
I want to request the consumer forum to file a complaint against the fraudster and PayU for not verifying the merchant properly before offering the services to the merchant with the above contact number.
