I received an advertisement from instagram regarding this website that sells jewellery pieces. I bought a couple of jewellery from them and after buying I received a order confirmation mail from them. It's been quite a few days that the website isn't there anymore, there is no further mail given to me regarding my the purchase. The money is already paid to them as there was no COD option. And now the website is not there. I have tried sending them mail in the same mail ID that the order confirmation mail came from, but the mail also did not go through because the mail ID isn't receiving any mail. I don't know when I will get my product, whether I will get it, and if I get it, what kind of product it will be because I saw a ton of complaints regarding them in Reddit too.
Please do look into the matter because I have no way to get my refund or to get the product. There is no way I can contact them. It looks like it was all a part of their plan where they lure the customers into buying things. And then close their website or do not make them available to them.
