Nanonoble Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, trading as MiniMax, has taken Rs. 25, 088.98 from my HDFC Regalia credit card ending 9248 in eight charges since June 2026 against my will, including Rs. 4, 919.35 on 24 Jun 2026 that the company itself has admitted by email.
I cancelled and asked for my money back. The company keeps replying with questions it already has the answers to and has not returned anything. HDFC Bank case [protected] is open on these charges and the bank has set 28 Oct 2026 as the last date to complete the dispute.
Nanonoble is a live Singapore company, UEN[protected]D, at 8 Kaki Bukit Road 2, Singapore 417841. If the refund is not received by 28 Oct 2026 I will take the case to the Small Claims Tribunal in Singapore, to the RBI Ombudsman against the bank, and to the Consumer Commission in Chennai.
