We have filed a strike-off application on 10-08-23 for Hamish clothing Pvt Ltd & were asked to resubmit with certain queries. The due date of re-submission was 23rd Nov, 2023. However, the SRN was ABRUPTLY cancelled by CRC much prior to the due date.
It was an effort to keep the records clean & to comply with the corporate laws of our country. But due to such an harsh or abrupt action taken by CRC we have got stranded & its utimately going to result into compliance failure on our part. No wonder why so many business entities fail on compliance part?
