I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding several issues at Mother Teresa Higher Secondary School. It has come to my attention that the school's administration and staff have displayed unacceptable behavior, mismanagement, and an overall lack of consideration for both students and parents.

First and foremost, I am appalled by the poor behavior of some teachers who have shown a lack of professionalism and empathy towards students. Additionally, the school's emphasis on unnecessary purchases, such as a file and folders priced at 720 rupees, raises serious questions about the financial practices of the institution.

Furthermore, the unjust decisions made by the principal, including faulty allegations against students and beatings influenced by political motives, are not only unethical but also damaging to the well-being of the students and their families. The lack of fair rules and regulations, coupled with inadequate infrastructure, further deteriorates the learning environment.

One of the most concerning issues is the principal's inability to understand the students' situations, as well as the refusal to grant extra time for fee payments despite genuine reasons. This inflexibility only adds to the stress and burden faced by parents and students alike.

Additionally, it has come to my attention that unworthy students are given positions of authority, despite their rude behavior and lack of academic achievements. This compromises the overall learning atmosphere and sets a negative example for other students.

I urge the school authorities to address these issues promptly and take necessary actions to rectify the situation. Every student and parent deserves a respectful, supportive, and conducive environment for learning, which is currently lacking at Mother Teresa Higher Secondary School.

I expect a thorough investigation into these matters and appropriate measures taken to improve the school's standards and restore the faith of the students and parents in the education system.
