Could anyone resolve this issue asap or extend the last date as i m trying to fill it from yesterday morning but not able to fill it and moreover no one is picking call on helpline numbers

Cant fill application form
I have filled the form and done the payment. My payment has been deducted from the account but on site it is showing payment pending. I also have the payment receipt. I tried to call the helpline number but it does not respond it says number is busy also tried other number but same again. What am I supposed to do?
