I have started my process for learner's license on 9th Jan 2025 and given my test on 13th Jan 2025. After completing all the formalities it's been 9 days, and no update is there. The pace of working at government institutions are way too slow. After having all the automation and seamless digital advancements the waiting period for customers are still slow. Delay in these processes leads to driving without license and it is a major reason behind this act.
