I want to launch an complaint against service center (micromax care M/s the mobile care B-36 gurn nanak pura opp vss mall, laxmi nagar) I have submitted the phone A 350 to this service center on 30th june’15 and date of delivere with 10-15 days. But when I asked them about my heanset on 10th july’15, not provided me handset. And they are not giving me any fixed date on which I will collect my handset. I have received a call on micromax service center your handset can’t be repair and ask to take another handset which price is low in compersion of my hand set. Pls do the needful and short out my problem. My work is getting hampared.

I have received call on mircomax number ([protected]) from last 4 days back and ask to take another handset A 300, but time is not decided, as per micromax team handset (A 350) can’t be repair due to technical issuse. When I get the new handset, I really needed pls do it fast.
