Mishtubishi Heavy Industries — ac/I am complain about the service provider

I am complain about my my ac of mitshbishi heavy industries and the service provider is not conducting the proper response because it happens in the gas liking issue and they took up very lightly and do not provide the services I have called so many times but they don't response nobady come to resolve it misconduction and unprofessional behaviour please help us
