Misplaced Delievery Item — Product not yet recieved at destination

Hi Team,

I have sent a courier from Bhajan pura (Delhi) to Bharuch (Gujarat) on 8th August 2024 . But still it not has been recieved. No data is showing on website of Shree Anjani Courier Services. After calling to the dealer, they are saying that courier has been misplaced from there end.

Now please refund my item's amount and also delivery charges as well.
