I am Aditi Gulecha. I want to post a complaint about Mission Genuis Mind. I ordered a Copper Dosing Rod a few days back. The product failed to work as expected. I contacted the customer care representative several times but couldnt get any satisfactory resolution. I shared the images and videos of the product to inform about the malfunction in the product but they did not respond.
