Mit School Of Distance Education [Sde] — CHEATING With Student - Refuse To Return Rs.30384/-

To pursue PGDBA course i made payment of Rs.30384/- on 09th November'16 to MIT-Pune School of Distance Education as a first installment out of Rs. 62000/-. It was informed to me by Jaydeep(Spokeperson of MIT) that it was the last day for admission. Due to family problem i needed cash and requested MIT to return the admission fee on very next day that is on 10th November'16 and send mail to them. But till 22nd November'16 they have not replied to me. Only somebody called me and told me that as i blocked 1 seat, the amount can not be refunded. I admitted on last day of the session. How can i block a seat??

This is purely cheating and they refused to reply to me. They should refund my money.
