I enrolled for a PGDM program in Finance management on 27.11.2021 and paid RS 22, 000 as first installment out of RS 55000.Due to personal reasons I wanted a refund and I contacted my counselor-KIRAN FOKMARE
[Requesting him for refund since 29.11.2021] regarding the same and he is not responding to me properly and yesterday evening(30/11/2021) he said that he will give me a refund and will process my refund on 1/12/2021 because he is working from home on 30/11/2021 but i asked him to guarantee that he will pay me by acknowledging it in mail but he didn't do so because he says he can't access his mail as he is working from mail and thus can't mail me, and after few hours[30.11.2021 Evening] he again called me and connected me to Kardesh sir and he says that if i had asked the refund before the last date, it would have been processed and says he can't process it now and the call was disconnected.
Firstly, the day i paid the fees(27/11/2021) is not the last date and the last date is 30/11/2021(proof attached) and i am requesting my refund even before the last date( since 29.11.2021).
Secondly, the refund policy doesn't say anything that if i enroll on the last day the refund wont be applicable.
I even tried calling other people working at the mit and there has been no response yet and those who are responding are just saying i will get a call soon and asking me to "WAIT"
one person(pooja mam) told me that they can't process my refund request because I "BLOCKED" a seat for admission
Firstly, the refund policy doesn't say anything about the blocking of seats.
Secondly, the last date to apply is on 30.11.2021 and I paid the fees on 27.11.2021
As per your refund policy the refund time period will end on 2.12.2021(since i paid the fees on 27.11.2021) and i am requesting my refund since 29.11.2021.
My major concern is that I am respecting the institution's policies and following the proper protocols for my refund request since 29.11.2021 and waiting patiently for the same.I seriously don't know What is stopping the institution from processing my refund request (which was accepted by my counsellor KIRAN FOKMARE on 30.11.2021)
I hope you understand my situation and i request you to kindly process my refund after deducting RS.1000 as per your refund policy
I request the MIT customer support team to kindly process my refund.
