We have bought a mitashi 7.2 kg washing machine IMEI number of the machine is[protected]. The machine is not working properly since many days we have complaint about the machine many times at customer care there has been no response from your side if you won't be able to fix my problem then I will file a complaint against you in the consumer court.We have been under very trouble if you won't fix our problem the whole responsibility will be yours.

The Pulsator of this "mitashi washing machine" is broken.
It needs to replace it with a new one.

All the apps pre installed in TV are not working. They are giving error and require an update. When I try to update through app store it is again giving error. Kindly resolve the issue or send your technical team to sort.

I bought MITASHI 9.8kg semi automatic washing mechine on 28/07/2018.
Now, washing machine is not work {BOTH DRYER AS WELL AS WASHER}. I call to your customer care number but, any other company person talk to me. He told me that it is not Nirash customer care number. I also talk service center jind. He also told me that Nirash Service Center is no more. Please, resolve my problem as soon as possible

I bought Mitashi 1.5 ton inverter AC in Amazon in 2018, now it is not working showing error code E0. Local technician said PCB needs to be replaced It is not available locally and to buy online customer support is not available. Please help

Sir, I have bought Mitashi Twin Tower Music Speakers Model TWR8499BT almost 2 years back and since it is purchased the Display is not working properly.

Display not working

I purchased Mitashi 1.5 Ton 3 Star(2018) Split (Copper, MiSAC153v55) on april 2021. It worked fine until now its not cooling anymore. Service center here at raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal is not co-operating at all. Kindly resolve the issue earliest.

We bought 2 inverter AC through online 4 years back for our Hotel room, but ine was not working from day one .
We complained to cuatomer care whose response was very very poor .
Later after inspection they told the board has to be replaced abd is out of stock .
Even after 4 years this compalint is not attended

I bought Mitashi smart TV around 55 " in 2018, around 6-8 months ago everything stopped working on it. No youtube no Netflix no Amazon prime, nothing was no more available on Google Play Store, only hotstar was downloaded which was also not working properly, youtube needed new update which was not available on Google Play Store so youtube also stopped working. So we called the customer service centre a week ago and they provided us with the servicing, the person who came said that the chip is corrupt and has to be changed but after changing the chip it was not cured so they said that the mother board has to be changed and they took 8500/- from us which is very high and even after Changing mother board the issue was not fixed, they just download smart tube instead of YouTube, so i called the company regarding this matter then they didn't even listen to me and cut the phone they were very rude and said to talk to the person (electrition) who came for service so i called the person who came for service again and he said that he will change the mother board again. Now i don't know what will happen, my issue is not resolved, i gave a huge amount of money already, i don't know if it will be fixed, and mitashi is not providing services properly, even the electrition provided by the company is not able to fix the issue. Please help
