I have been creating repeated service tickets to get my Mitsubishi AC repaired, but your staff keeps cancelling the service visit every time. I have already shared the serial number, invoice, and all required details, yet the issue has still not been resolved.
This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. I have never experienced such repeated cancellation and lack of support from any brand before. It is shameful how Mitsubishi is treating its customers. At this point, I am completely dissatisfied and do not intend to purchase anything else from Mitsubishi in the future.
Please treat this matter as urgent and ensure that a technician is assigned and the visit is completed without further cancellation.
