Not resolved my mivi collar flash neckband issue and not reply my mail message my order pickup last 15 days but not repaired my neckband and not reply my email very bad experience please do not buy mivi product.

    My mivi product was on warranty so I emailed them that my product wasn't working properly, first of all they took around 10 days to actually reply and then 5 days more to pick up the product and now its been around 20 days and no replies from them. They haven't yet told when they'll be returning the product.
    Worst service Ever. We can't even contact the customer care directly!!!

      I have purched Mivi Collar 2A from Flipkart on 25th July, 2021. I found an issue with that product and I have sent it to their service centre on last week of May 2022, they didnt return my product till now. I sent so many emails but disheartened everytime as their customer care number is fake, noone picks up the phone. I have complained on consumer forum ealier also [Mivi Complaint Status Update [ID: 3202747], I am writing again on your forum to have a look into this matter as they dont provide service to their customer. There are so many complaints on this forum against this company.

        The product was taken for replacement by the delivery man at arround 11:00 a.m and the steps to be followed for the delivery are sent by mivi support team at 4:33 p.m on that day.
        As i was unaware, that other accessories (charging cable, eartips) were not to be given. I gave that also, and in the evening i came to know that it wasn't to be provided, and if provided it won't be returned.
        After that i tried a lot to contact through email, but i never got any response from mivi.
        Due to late informing by your mivi support team (though said the fastest way to resolve the problem by mivi) now what should i do. I want my charging cable as well as eartips along with.

          Facing issue with mivi duopods A25

          I purchased Mivi Duo Pods A25 Bluetooth Truly Wireless in-Ear Earbuds with Microphone Black on 23rd march 2022.

          I am facing an issue with these earbuds. In One of my Earbuds, no sound comes, and whenever I connected these earbuds with a laptop and attend online meetings. The mic is not working and sometimes I face this issue on my phone also.

          I ordered the Mivi Duopods a25 on 9th july and received it by 12th july, so after i opened it, the product looked old and a little dirty since it was white in color, but apart from that the main problem was that the left side of the earbud wasn’t working at all, i tried so many times, charged it fully, but wasn’t working as well as their charge was just going on its own, i didn’t even use the product, so i registered a complaint and send them mail and even called so many times at their centre but didn’t even get a single response till now, and since my product is unused and under warrant i expect it to be replaced or atleast get a refund.

              I didn't receive product after repairing

              I have purchased Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery from Flipkart on 8th October 2021. I had placed the order on 8th October 2021and I received it on 12th October 2021.               So I had applied for my warranty on 14th May and they picked up my earphones within two three days and assured .e that i will receive it within 15 days, now it's been 2 months i have called them multiple times their customer service is the worst and they just keep changing the dates but not repairing my product nor delivering it to me and im also thinking of suing MIVI in consumer court pune.So MIVI i[censored] are seeing this pls deliver my earphone within 3 days or u will get a notice from the consumer court soon.

                      The mivi product which has gone to service center 3 times but the problem is not solved just wasted my time. The mivi company does not recover the product. The product is still under warranty but the used to give the replace product. I kindly request you to have a new packed piece as soon as possible.

                        I purchased mivi duopods F30 red colour on june 10th 2022. Order ID is OD[protected]
                        they started malfunctioning 2 weeks later. they would keep disconnecting and when connected would keep on making pinging sounds. I went to mivi website but it would keep redirecting me to their homepage when i clicked on support.
                        I emailed them and received a perfunctory response. I shared all the details and invoices and requested them to fix or replace the product and they stopped responding to me at all.
                        They mentioned "outstanding customer support" in their product advertisement but it is horrible.

                          My mivi duoPods not working one year warranty is there but me send a mail mivi claim the warranty they response the 24 - 48 hrs we send the service. They send response 3 days back till now they didn't come. For solving the product issue.

                                  On 4th june 2022 I had contact mivi support through email for repairing of my mivi duopods A25 and it was picked on 15 June and I was said that it will be delivered within a week.But due to bad customer service it is not delivered till.please look into matter .                                     on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M,
