I already filed complaint and claimed for warranty of mivi earphones and it has been over a month but still I have not got any updates on my warranty claim. Guys seriously never ever in your life buy mivi products...

My product mivi duopods f30 is defective now company is not solving my issue from 45 days i am complaining about it on gmail and they are not giving any type of resopnce...

I send my headphone on 14th June 2022 for repair. till now i don't get my headphone, and they are stop replying in mail. i am really worry about it....

The mivi product which has gone to service center 3 times but the problem is not solved just wasted my time. The mivi company does not recover the product. The product is still under warranty but the used to give the replace product. I kindly request you to have a new packed piece as soon as possible.

I purchased mivi duopods F30 red colour on june 10th 2022. Order ID is OD[protected]
they started malfunctioning 2 weeks later. they would keep disconnecting and when connected would keep on making pinging sounds. I went to mivi website but it would keep redirecting me to their homepage when i clicked on support.
I emailed them and received a perfunctory response. I shared all the details and invoices and requested...

My mivi duoPods not working one year warranty is there but me send a mail mivi claim the warranty they response the 24 - 48 hrs we send the service. They send response 3 days back till now they didn't come. For solving the product issue....

I was complaint against mivi collar classic product . This product in under warranty. I sent this product to team within 2 month ago . But this product i am not receivung yet. And say your product in delay for testing. Please take action on it....

On 4th june 2022 I had contact mivi support through email for repairing of my mivi duopods A25 and it was picked on 15 June and I was said that it will be delivered within a week.But due to bad customer service it is not delivered till.please look into matter . I had to attend online classes...

on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M,
Our test engineer have identified the issue with the product.

I have claim warrenty for my handfree and they send a mail about it gonna dispatch in 48 hr on 24june but still haven’t received my product and they re not piking up call or replying to mail...

I am having problems in my earphone and its on waranty period so gave for a return/repair on 16 april, 2022 since now they're only giving excuse that we'll ship your product within 24-48 hrs...

I have used 2 months mivi collar flash after automatically off the right side.

I logged a compaint for earphone on 10th Jun'22 for my faulty earphone under warranty. Till date(2 Jul), the issue stands unresolved.
I am chasing them on email as CUSTOMER care is ###. No one has come to pick the earphone inspite of multiple reminders. They have generated a AWB number to send through courier but pick up has not yet done....

Its nearly 5 months ago i purchased mivi collar claasic earphone and 3 moths ago it stop woking and i complaned for the same, yet not even product was picked up, what we expect from them about reapairing or relacement..much better service provided by rs 100 hedphones..and if we compare from boat, same problem i fsced once but when i mailed for tge same, within 7 days they sent a new product to me without replacement, thats called service...
