Ignorance in repairing, returning the my Mivi Collar Neckband..

Hi!
on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M,
Our test engineer have identified the issue with the product.
We have fixed the issue...

    I am having problems in my earphone and its on waranty period so gave for a return/repair on 16 april, 2022 since now they're only giving excuse that we'll ship your product within 24-48 hrs

        I ordered a product from their website mivi.in on 18 June 2022. But it's been 18 days but still, the product is not delivered. Although I made the online payment for the product and their customer care is also not picking up the call. Please help me out to get my product.

          I logged a compaint for earphone on 10th Jun'22 for my faulty earphone under warranty. Till date(2 Jul), the issue stands unresolved.
          I am chasing them on email as CUSTOMER care is ###. No one has come to pick the earphone inspite of multiple reminders. They have generated a AWB number to send through courier but pick up has not yet done.

            I purchased this company headphone in May 2022 . After one month this product stop working . I compaind about this issue but company didn't help i lost my hard own earned money . As a student i feel sad for me . And as customer i feel cheated .

              Its nearly 5 months ago i purchased mivi collar claasic earphone and 3 moths ago it stop woking and i complaned for the same, yet not even product was picked up, what we expect from them about reapairing or relacement..much better service provided by rs 100 hedphones..and if we compare from boat, same problem i fsced once but when i mailed for tge same, within 7 days they sent a new product to me without replacement, thats called service

                  I purchase a mivi neckband from Flipkart after in warranty period I have an issue with the product I complain to mivi and he picks up my product and emails me that he is resolving the issue of the product and will send you after 24 hours. but it passes 1 month he is not answering my phone and email.

                      Poor support

                      I bought a earpod from Flipkart and one of my earpod is not charging so I contacted their customer care and sent my product.
                      For the first 10 days they gave me updates. After that they haven't given me updates and I kept on mailing them but no response.
                      Now almost 45 days gone and no response.
                      Worst support team....

                      How wrost and totally unsupported service from mivi
                      I complain about my neckband at 04/05/2023 with request number 1483057 . Till time mivi no answer and totally wrost service. I'm also complain at consumer complaint at 10/06/2022 with docket number 3563952.

                        I purchased mivi duopods A25 on 6th may, but using i get to know its left side is noisy and not comfortable .
                        i tried to mail the mivi support but no one respond to it,
                        its been a month my issue is not resolved and even though the mivi customer care no is not of any use.

                        after this complaint the mivi replied to my mails and said that your product is being under testing and before a month they sent a mail to me that my product issue is resolved and will courier to you within 48 hours but today is 7th day and stilll now not replied to my mails.

                          I bought mivi earpods just a week ago and now they have stopped working. They do not work for around 10 hours and the company claims for a battery life of 50 hours. The service center are not picking up my calls and and they even do not reply to my e-mails. It has been 4 days since I registered my complaints but to no avail.

                          Guys never buy mivi products instead buy any other thing I promise it will be worth it but mivi products are of no worth.

                                I gave mivi duopods f30 to mivi service centre by the delivery boy which is provided by mivi on 7/6/2022 by till now I didn’t get parcel return and I mail them but I didn’t get any reply from mivi and I also tried to call them but call can’t connect with them.

                                  I had paid online and ordered mivi product. Amount was debited from my bank account but order was not confirmed by mivi. Even tried their call support system which they never picked up and no reply on mail even after regular follow up.
