I had filed a complaint with ticket ID 1428571 for my bad working neckband on 5th April, 2022 and after 1 month, sending so many mails, they picked up the product in month of May and from then they are repairing or doing what, i dont know, i have not received my neckband back to me. On 1st June, i got a mail that "your product is repaired and it will be shipped in 48 hrs and we will provide tracking detail " But still it is not shipped and now, I am not getting any response of my mails from mivi suport team.
