I purchase a mivi neckband from Flipkart after in warranty period I have an issue with the product I complain to mivi and he picks up my product and emails me that he is resolving the issue of the product and will send you after 24 hours. but it passes 1 month he is not answering my phone and email.

The left side of the case is defected which is why its left ear bud is not getting charged...

I bought a earpod from Flipkart and one of my earpod is not charging so I contacted their customer care and sent my product.
For the first 10 days they gave me updates. After that they haven't given me updates and I kept on mailing them but no response.
Now almost 45 days gone and no response.
Worst support team....

How wrost and totally unsupported service from mivi
I complain about my neckband at 04/05/2023 with request number 1483057 . Till time mivi no answer and totally wrost service. I'm also complain at consumer complaint at 10/06/2022 with docket number 3563952....

I purchased mivi duopods A25 on 6th may, but using i get to know its left side is noisy and not comfortable .
i tried to mail the mivi support but no one respond to it,
its been a month my issue is not resolved and even though the mivi customer care no is not of any use.

I bought mivi earpods just a week ago and now they have stopped working. They do not work for around 10 hours and the company claims for a battery life of 50 hours. The service center are not picking up my calls and and they even do not reply to my e-mails. It has been 4 days since I registered my complaints but to no avail.

Guys never buy mivi products instead buy any other thing I promise it will be worth it but mivi products...

After complain on consumer complain platform i received reply from MIVI product will be dispatche in 48 hours and share tracking details.

But i didn't receive any tracking details & earbuds

I have claimed 1 year warranty but mivi has picked the old product but they have replaced me that we will ship new Product with in 48hrs on May 30 and I have confirmed but they have not delivered till date worst company...

I gave mivi duopods f30 to mivi service centre by the delivery boy which is provided by mivi on 7/6/2022 by till now I didn’t get parcel return and I mail them but I didn’t get any reply from mivi and I also tried to call them but call can’t connect with them....

I had paid online and ordered mivi product. Amount was debited from my bank account but order was not confirmed by mivi. Even tried their call support system which they never picked up and no reply on mail even after regular follow up....

I had filed a complaint with ticket ID 1428571 for my bad working neckband on 5th April, 2022 and after 1 month, sending so many mails, they picked up the product in month of May and from then they are repairing or doing what, i dont know, i have not received my neckband back to me. On 1st June, i got a mail that "your product is repaired and it will be shipped in 48 hrs and we will provide tracking detail " But still it is not shipped and...

I have bought Mivi Duopods on 20th May 2022
and returned them at my own expense to Hyderabad because the sound quality was good though but it wasn't getting properly fitted on my ears so returned them.
I mailed them too about this.
they responded too that they have received my return product and will initiate a refund as soon as possible but here I'm it's more than 17 days and I'm waiting for my refund to be received.br...

Hi sir i bought mivi earphones from amazon on 31/10/2021 i had 1 year warranty then on 21 april 2022 it got bad in which charging problem and audio is not coming from right side which i clam for warranty And I sent it to the service center through courier on 14th May 2022, in which I was given 15 to 20 days to send it after repairing or replacement, but till now I have not received my earphone and neither I did not get any mail or message...

Communication between customer and support is poor with no proper details. I got a product from Mivi seeing its reviews from amazon, but after 2 months my left ear bud stopped working, when I mailed to the support they provided very basic step which I tried from my end already.

I replied same and they asked for the product but with no details. Today a guy called me gave me some number but that number was not shared with me...

Hello I am Dhananjay Kulkarni I purchased mivi collerflash bluetooth from mivi's website on 27 / jan / 2022. But a few days ago, its speakers stopped working. Then when I informed them on their website, they replied only by mail, but they did not do anything to return the product.
Please Help me I am so frustrated....
