I have applied for a warranty claim against mivi for the product named mivi collar classic gray (a Bluetooth neck band) on Sat, 7 May, at 21:35 . they told me from email that they have received my mail and arranging a pick up with help of smart express company they told me that the pick up will be done in 72 hours, 4days later i again mailed them for complaining that no one has came to pick up the product, again promise of 72 hrs. and no one came i called smart express and they only give some time extensions nothing else.
finally i applied third time the order generated third time for pick up, and guess what ! no one has came to pick up, im providing you the pickup order numbers

    MIVI Duopods F60 buy from Flipkart
    Also claimed for warranty as per guidelines
    Within month found that right side earbuds not charging & pairing each other.

    Complain on MIVI website
    I return product to them but didn't receive replacement.

      I have bought Mivi Duopods on 20th May 2022
      and returned them at my own expense to Hyderabad because the sound quality was good though but it wasn't getting properly fitted on my ears so returned them.
      I mailed them too about this.
      they responded too that they have received my return product and will initiate a refund as soon as possible but here I'm it's more than 17 days and I'm waiting for my refund to be received.
      It cost me Rs 999
      and plus shipping expenses for returning 123
      and now they are not responding to any calls or Emails.
      This is very frustrating my Airpods are also gone and money too.
      See Rs 999 is a very big amount for people like who had saved this much to buy things like this.
      I just want my refund please.

        Hi sir i bought mivi earphones from amazon on 31/10/2021 i had 1 year warranty then on 21 april 2022 it got bad in which charging problem and audio is not coming from right side which i clam for warranty And I sent it to the service center through courier on 14th May 2022, in which I was given 15 to 20 days to send it after repairing or replacement, but till now I have not received my earphone and neither I did not get any mail or message from the same service center.

          Dear team mivi I have raised my complaint approx 28 days ago, & your delivery person picked up my product from my home on 13-may-2022.

          Your backend team told me we will take 7 to 14 working days for testing & repair the product, but It's been 28 working days till now I have not gotten any mail or information about my product status, in the last mail on (02-June-2022) you said my product shipped from your warehouse in 48 hours but, It's been 120 hours approx (5days), till now I haven't my product status.

          So, I would like to tell you that, Please don't make your customers fool your it will give you a bad effect & on your company also.

          I personally feel very bad for me, your customer care service is very lazy & irresponsible I will not suggest anyone buy mivi's product cause you make us on fool in the name of warranty.

          If you're valuing your customers you will take strict action & solve my problem.

              Communication between customer and support is poor with no proper details. I got a product from Mivi seeing its reviews from amazon, but after 2 months my left ear bud stopped working, when I mailed to the support they provided very basic step which I tried from my end already.

              I replied same and they asked for the product but with no details. Today a guy called me gave me some number but that number was not shared with me from support, on what basis I could have sent the product, mailed the concern of how this process works to the respective team but no reply

              I got the product shipped from Sports Lifestyle Private Limited, Instakart Services Private Limited, Plot A1 Haringhata Industrial Park, District Nadia West Bengal Pin - 741249...

                Hello I am Dhananjay Kulkarni I purchased mivi collerflash bluetooth from mivi's website on 27 / jan / 2022. But a few days ago, its speakers stopped working. Then when I informed them on their website, they replied only by mail, but they did not do anything to return the product.
                Please Help me I am so frustrated.

                  I purchased mivi duopods A25 on 6th may, but using i get to know its left side is noisy and not comfortable .
                  i tried to mail the mivi support but no one respond to it,
                  its been a month my issue is not resolved and even though the mivi customer care no is not of any use.

                      Not responding to my ticket[protected]. I have submitted a ticket two months ago, but they are not responding. I have contacted them several times on mail as well as on phones. They are taking 48 hours 72 hours but at the end nothing is happening.

                          I am using this MIVI duopods M20 T
                          True Wireless Bluetooth Headset since 11 months and now its giving bad performance.

                          My right earpod doesn't work well..its stops after 2 to 3 minutes within connecting my phone, after being fully charged .

                          I mailed you before, but i didn't get any response from you, i am maling this 2nd time. As last time instructions, i tried everything but it won't worked, it is still in same condition.

                          I am very disappointed with MIVI, that how bad service they provide., Its very worst brand company.
                          I would gave zero(0) out of five (5) star .

                            Not replacing my product after claiming warranty

                            I have purches mivi collor classic neckband black on 1 January 2022 which have 1 year warrenty. I don't have my invoice so I mail to company to give me my invoice but they guys says me that they replaced the product only by order I'd . And my order I'd is R[protected] i purches it by mivi platform . But now I claim warrenty of my product on May 18 2022 . The replied my via email that the y arranged pickup . But till now I have mailed them message...

                            I bought Mivi Collar 2A from flipkart on 25-07-21, last month it stopped working, as it was under warranty I sent it to Mivi care, but till now there is no update through mails or any contact, such a third class company service they have, they received the product on 6th day of this month and from then there is no update on this. Plz have a look into this matter and take necessary steps.

                              My mivi classic collar neckband was picked from me for testing on 24th may 2021 but I have received any whereabouts of my product since then. The company isn't replying to my mails and neither is upadting.

                                I bought a product from Mivi company, product was F60 duopods which are bluetooth earphones or TWS after receiving the product I found out that product is not fulfilling it's requirements claimed by Mivi like it has 4 mics but still it failed in calling experience and in music vocals are louder than music. So in the end I decided to return but they have very complex and strange return policy about returning product. I need to courier it back where it came from which was in Hyderabad. It took 150 bucks which was more than 10% of the value of the product and only in 3 days they received the product. It's been 17 days but still I didn't get my refund nor they are responding via mail or phone. Also they never sent me another product since I claimed refund, so in no way they are solving my problem. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered eardops f60 from Mivi website on 20/05/22 and done payment online but till now I don't receive my tracking ID nor status was updated on website, even I tried to call customer care but they are not picking the call. I want my product or money . Atleast provide the product status.

                                      Hi . I am om. I have purchased mivi duopods m80 last year but it stoped working properly so I filed a service issue.Firstly They arranged a courier service of my product to access the parcel. Then after I gave my product courier boy and waited to reach the product. But the courier company smartr logistics lost my product and after 1.5 month my product reached to mivi and as of now it is 4 month completed but no update of my product come to me. I have filed service in January 2022.
                                      When I mail them they gave answer me to 7 or 10 days later and always their answer was not satisfying or resolving my issue.
                                      Please take action on this company and get me back my product.
