      I had brought Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones on 12/07/2021. Now on 05/04/2022, both sides of my earphones are stopped working. I just want to claim my warranty to change the product. I have already complained once before but I don't get any support from Mivi now again I am requesting to find a solution and change the product as soon as possible.

        Replacement problem

        Hello mivi i bought your duopods a25 on 24th July 2021 from that i recieved on 26th July but in this product i am facing sound problem left one is high bass and high volume but right one is very poor quality of sound and right side touch is also not working i returned my product 2 times in warranty but nothing changed and 3rd time you replaced product (you replaced with old ) but still that have same issue and I got that product on 4th April...

        I purchased a mivi product.. After 2 month it didn't work properly. I sent them mail for almost 5-6 times (almost 6-7 month has been passed) but at last they asked me to parcel the product. How could this be done.. I am fed up with their worst service support.. I can't parcel it to them .i want them to arrange a pick up of this bloody product. Never ever going to buy any mivi product again.

              I have purchased 2 mivi duopods from mivi.in and paid for them through online payment method but i only received one product and they are not replying my mails only sending tickets, which is not useful and even their coustomer care is not answering my call and i just want my remaining product or my money back.

                I purchased Mivi Duopods f30, after 20 days left one was not working correctly so i emailed them as it was under warrenty. Two months later i got pickup on Jan 5, after one week they got the pakage. But till date i didnt got my duopods. Its been six months after the complaint. Whenever i ask about any details, they just say that they need more time

                  I have requested for product replacement on mivi and my product was received by them on 26th feb and according to their policy the the product is under testing department for 7-14 working days but today it have been a month but till now they are not returning my product and asking always for 2-3business days!!

                    I had been order Mivi A25 Duopods Black and I haven't received the product yet. Also I made online payment. I have raised a complaint to the Mivi support team on email and haven't got any good response. They keep asking me the same question again and again. They claim that the standard delivery time is between 2-4 days. It's been more than a week ago and They haven't even made the shipment of product. Its very disappointed me as they are not doing their responsibility.

                      I bought mivi collar headphones in flipkart but one of the side in earphone was not working... so i requested for a replacement from the company. over 2 months have passed and there is no update about the issue... The company is totally ignoring our problems...
                      someone should file a case aginst the fraud company under the section of consumer rights...

                          The mivi customer service is very bad I purchesed a wireless earphone from mivi but when I claimed my warranty then did not replace my earphone from new one. It is 3 months now. But replacement action till now.

                            My mivi collar classic stopped working from one side after the purchase of only 6 months. I complaint about the same to their customer support through email so they arranged a pickup for device but it's been almost a month after pickup they haven't updated anything also they are not replying my mails. They are most unprofessional people who have no work ethics. Their products and customer support both are pathetic, I'm really disappointed. I won't buy any of their products in future also won't recommend it to anyone.

                              I Bought Mivi On 26 July 2021 After 6 Month O[censored]sage My Product Get Damaged And Complaint On Mivi For Repair, Then Courier Is Placed By Mivi, And On 30 January 2022 My Courier Is Delivered Then After There Is No Status Of My Product Repair Update From Past Approx One Month I Mailed Them For Update Status But Only Recorded Mail Come From Them " Your Product Is Under Testing " I Am Fed Up By Mivi
