Mene MIVI ki website se[protected] ko thunderbeat earphone jinka price 1399 h order kiye the...lekin jb earphone aye to vo band pade the ..na to kam kr rhe the na on ho rhe the kafi bar try kar liya . Mivi 7 din ki return policy deti h...mene usi din return or refund ke liye mail kar diya...mivi ki trf se koi ticket bhrne ka reply aya or mene usme detail bhar di...uske bad mene agle din call kiya...mivi ki trf se koi call nhi uthayi gyi. .or jab bhi mail krta bar bar vahi ticket generate kar dete mene 10 din ki preshan raha uske bad agle din fir mivi ko call lagaya to call utha liya gya...mene sari bat batayi to inhone kha ki senior apko msz kr denge...to ek mail aya mere ps...usme likha tha ki ..mujhe unke address pe us earphone ko parcel karna h 2 din ke andar...jab mene kha ki ap log hi aoge n lene to ..to mivi n kha ki. Nhi ap log hi kroge esa to knhi nhi likha hua sb jgh dekha mene website pr... earphone ko parcel karane me 80 rs extra dene pde ...uska hisab kon dega...ab jb earphone parcel ho chuka h...inko mail bhi kar diya...or call bhi kar rha hnu koi reply nhi a rha kya karu?????

I have purchased Mivi Collar flash . IT STOP working after 4month. I am Trying to claim warrenty but They are not responding No reply from email and Costumber care not receiving Call

I ordered mivi collar 2 dated 11 Agust 2020 with 1 year warranty. Now i am facing issue with the earphones and wrote a mail to mivi several times but got only 1 reply to submit the screen shot of the order and after that they are not replying at all. This is the worst level of service that can be expected from any brand as they don't even pick calls and simply reply back to send a mail.

Volume Very low

I ordered a mivi DuoPods M20 on 6 October 2021 via Flipkart & the charging slot for left earbud is not working properly from past three days. My earbuds are still is in the warranty period, please look forward to my matter & try to solve it as soon as possible...

Right buds is not working

I have order my prpduct Mivi M40 and from day one I'm having issue related to call audio. The person on other side can't understand what I'm talking and now its getting worse even Bluetooth pairing is not working properly. I have raised my complain but as always no reply. Worst experience worst product total waste of money.

Charging not working...

The refund has not comed yet what i do that i have to send my account details or you will pay by following method when i paid online for the product by paytm 1149rs and consession for wasting my time for 3 monthsI have ticket no 850555
And they are testing the product from 2 months
The product has reached at their address on date 29-08-21 And they mailed on date 01-09-21
And today is 21-10-21
Also they are not responsing fast and on their site in mivi.com also not showing my order details or any thing I've Paid 1149 rs for the product And when returning they do not provide the service i paid 200 rs for the parcel to ship their address at PLOT NO.21, SY NO.1/1, HARDWARE PARK, RAVIRYALA VILLAGE, MAHESHWARAM, MANDAL, RANGA REDDY, 500005
I also Need Consession when I call to the customer care the bot says the call is on a qeue and will be answered shortly from 3 months I have sended so many mail to them but they say the product is under testing we will back you soon
And in site they have mentioned refund will be processed wthin 10 working days from they recieve the product

So I bought my mivi collar flash neckband a month ago, one day suddenly it got disconnected with my phone, after that the same problem occured again and again. So I decided to mail the company for warranty request . But it's Been a month now noone responded to my mail since then .

I had ordered a mivi flash collar of worth 1000Rs. I received few notifications from blue dart courier service that I will receive my package in upcoming days. But when I didn't received my package after more than a week I tracked my order then I found it was delivered to some unknown person. I did seperate complaint to mivi and blue dart to provide assistance. Mivi generated a token id for me but no updates since then. I can provide blue dart messages about my package if needed.

In past, I have good experience with mivi about the products. Please do not ruine it.

My product was under warranty and stopped working, so to claim warranty I mailed them and after approx 1 month they arranged pickup for my product. After that they are not replying to my mail and not giving any updates. It's more than 4 months now I didn't got my product back.

I bought a mivi collar bluetooth earphone from mivi.in and it stopped working after 2 months and since then I have sent numerous emails stating my problem and claiming my warranty but they are yet to resolve it.

I dont get my replaced product

Bought mivi collar B2 but now the right earpiece is not working. Emailed so many times regarding the same asking for replacement. But there is no response from them. Mivi should be shutted down if they can’t help their customers.

I ordered mivi M20 Duopods through flipkart it stopped working and charging after 15 days and i contacted customer service for warranty for my product . Product was picked up by mivi agent after one month and they didn't responded / contacted me till 3 months through call or mail . product was delivered after 3 months of service . The product I received after servings was different in colour and fully defected and damaged condition.
Whenever I try to contact flipkart or mivi regarding this issue they didn't respond .

Mivi is providing very bad product and warranty services.

I ordered Duopods M40 from mivi.in. But at the same time I called their customer care for cancellation of order. But they didn't attend the call. I received my product next day that are not working which I received.

I mailed at their email id and called customer care for this promblem.
first their no. at hold for more than half an hour which is difficult to manage.
but by chance, they pick up call and i narrate...

I have send my headphones for repair on 13th September 2021, and since then i have received no updates...have been calling and mailing them regularly but to no avail they keep telling that the matter is escalated and will be updated today tomorrow but that never happens...i have tried reaching them through social media also but nothing is working.
Its not only my money being wasted but time and mental harassment has no limits here

My mivi coller 2 earphone are not working i am send to mivi then mivi says we solve your issue in 14 days but after 15 + days i am send many mail to mivi but mivi not reply and not return or replacement my earphone

My mivi duopod m20 has developed a problem so I tried to claim warrenty as it was still in warranty period and they responded and told me wait but now it has been 14 days since their last respond no one pick ups the call at their customer care and not even replying to the email
