I want to replace my mivi collar flash because it has defect. They are not replying properly.please help me.

I've ordered previously order id:[protected] from mivi official site. But i have cancelled the particular item and didn't get the refund. Its been so long. Please help me to get that money back.

Maine mivi walo ke earphone liye the abhi wo chal nahi rahe hai, mivi walo ko complaint ki site bhi open nahi ho rahi hai, phir maine mail dala 3 din baad reply aaya ki aake le jaayenge 3 din baad aaye lekar gaye aaj wo baat ko 6 din ho gaye lekin fir bhi wo log yahi bol rahe hai hai abhi tak hame aapka product nahi mila. Mujhe to aisa lag raha hai ki mera chutiya cut gaya hai.

My Mivi A25 buds are having issues like charge issue, connection issues, battery backup issue, music lacking and more so please help me out

I buy collar 2A from @Mivi_Official on26 feb and have some issues and i submitted to @Mivi_Official support team and this was the third time i am facing the sound issue .kindly replace my product with new

I have ordered mivi duopods f30 on 8th Dec and now its been 7 days still they haven’t shipped my order as I haven’t received any shipping confirmation and tracking details

Getting on a working product with order number ##1166565##. Even after the register issue not get any response and they are not even receiving calls.

I have bought one earphone of Mivi company from flipkart.
In warrenty period it's mic stopped working so I have raised repair request.
They picked up product from my home and and after many mails they delivered so called repaired product. but when I tested it it's mic and speaker both were not working after repair.
So I again requested for the product repairment.
Again they picked up and received the product on 29th of novemeber.
Its been 10 days and they have not returned my product not even replying on my mail for product issue/ repair status update.

I want to return my mivi collar

from 7-8 months my issue is not being resolved
i tried to call but they didnt answer
They give mails about returning after that nothing they give ticket number

I have purchased Mivi Duopods M20 on 26.11.2021 and they delivered on 28.11.2021 my order no.R[protected] I have submitted the request for return on their mail Id on 29.11.2021 An automated ticket had been created from there the ticket no.[##1148646##] but after that there is no response from there site.I want to return the product as I don't like it and only 3 days are left to claim the return policy Please I request on this, just pick up the return and give me the refund as early as possible.

First I purchased mivi Earphone 2 month working properly then right side earphone not working properly. So send it to the company after receiving new mivi Earphone. I will cheked but that earphone wasn't switch on. I mailed multiple times but no revert nd reply will come.

Mivi 7 din ki return policy deti h...mene usi din return or refund ke liye mail kar diya...mivi ki trf se koi ticket bhrne ka reply aya or mene usme detail bhar di...uske bad mene agle din call kiya...mivi ki trf se koi call nhi uthayi gyi. .or jab bhi mail krta bar bar vahi ticket generate kar dete mene 10 din ki preshan raha uske bad agle din fir mivi ko call lagaya to call utha liya gya...mene sari bat batayi to inhone kha ki senior apko msz kr denge...to ek mail aya mere ps...usme likha tha ki ..mujhe unke address pe us earphone ko parcel karna h 2 din ke andar...jab mene kha ki ap log hi aoge n lene to ..to mivi n kha ki. Nhi ap log hi kroge esa to knhi nhi likha hua sb jgh dekha mene website pr... earphone ko parcel karane me 80 rs extra dene pde ...uska hisab kon dega...ab jb earphone parcel ho chuka h...inko mail bhi kar diya...or call bhi kar rha hnu koi reply nhi a rha kya karu?????

I have purchased Mivi Collar flash . IT STOP working after 4month. I am Trying to claim warrenty but They are not responding No reply from email and Costumber care not receiving Call

I ordered mivi collar 2 dated 11 Agust 2020 with 1 year warranty. Now i am facing issue with the earphones and wrote a mail to mivi several times but got only 1 reply to submit the screen shot of the order and after that they are not replying at all. This is the worst level of service that can be expected from any brand as they don't even pick calls and simply reply back to send a mail.

Right buds is not working

I have order my prpduct Mivi M40 and from day one I'm having issue related to call audio. The person on other side can't understand what I'm talking and now its getting worse even Bluetooth pairing is not working properly. I have raised my complain but as always no reply. Worst experience worst product total waste of money.
