As I have complained for my mivi Bluetooth device as the device is in warranty period. They have arranged a blue Dart service & taken the product but after that it's been more than one month there is not a single reply from mivi service & neither I received my product in return.....

Mivi has a policy of 1-year warranty on their products. I bought their earphones on 18th March 2021 and have recently mailed them for a replacement as 1 side of the earphone is not working. Despite several mails, I've recieved no reply from them....

I ordered two mivi duopods 20 and now one of them blue one’s right earbud had stopped working. The left one too has less battery life. I have been mailing them for past 1 month and no replacement has been made so far. I have also read that people are complaining not getting replacement or refund after the product is picked. I have ordered MIVI thunderbeats wireless earphones from Amazon on 12 November 2020. Now the product is not working properly and sound output has became very low. I sent a mail to mivi support regarding the same but everytime on follow up they generate a new ticket number and don't reply afterwards.

Its been a more than a month i sent duopods for repair or replace, which are whithin 1 year warranty ofcourse. Their battery get compromised in 6-7 months. Mivi support team is not replying any my emails regarding issue. Now its feel like i got cheated by company. For 1400 rs I buy this product. Now they are doing fraud....

MIVI collar Bluetooth earphones were sent to MVI company for repair in May which has been 2 months. But still Mivi company has no answer. even the e-mail function does not answer it......

You guys ever pick up the call I gave my eardopes for repair bcoz i was having battery issue and they gave me back with even more issues, I can't plugin the charger, the charging point is not in place, eardopes isn't charging even when the box is full charged and now they are not replying to my mails...

I ordered mivi collar flash on 12th of September..its been 12 days and I still can't track my order on Blue dart. When I called to enquire about the same(4th time) I had to wait for 50 minutes after which finally my call connected... customer care executive again fake assured me that order will be delivered in 2-3 days. Last time they said that Blue dart is delaying order so I called them too...they informed that mivi hasn't provided them...

I ordered mivi collar flash earphones on 26 August and on 31 August when I called them about my order they told me that it had shipped but later that same day I received a call that the earphone is not available so I decided to cancel the order and they told me that they will provide me refund in 2 days. I have ordered mivi duopodsA25 on 12th September 2021 and made online payment. I received order confirmation and order number which is R[protected]. After 1 days I received mail that my product is misplaced in transit and will be delivered in 2-3 working days it's been 10 days but not delivered yet. Also I didn't get any further information regarding tracking number. I am trying to contact customer support department but they are not responding...
