My mivi duopod m20 has developed a problem so I tried to claim warrenty as it was still in warranty period and they responded and told me wait but now it has been 14 days since their last respond no one pick ups the call at their customer care and not even replying to the email

Their mail came today Nov 02, 2021 that they received the package and will send it to testing team and will get it done as soon as possible as they said in their mail lets see.

So today the product came back, and its the same product which means they should have repaired the product if not replaced but as they said that in the mail that their test team have found the problem and already solved the problem but nothing changed the left earpiece battrey drains in 20 min and it powers off ###ing worst service give me a replacement ### it

    Previously i had purchased A Mivi A25 duopods from our official website of MIVI that is www.mivi.in,

    I had returned this product for Replacement as its was faulty on the charging point, One of the Bluedart facility person came for pickup at my location as scheduled by mivi at 29/09/2021,

    But till today its been so long about 10-12 days, I haven't received any response from the team Mivi.

    So kindly request you to look into this and revert on this mail as soon as possible.

      I bought Mivi earpods A25 tw and some battery problem accuried so i gave it under warranty so the bluedart delivery came and took it on 14 August and they said me that the problem have been resolved but they have not delivered since then and it has been almost 2 months pks do somthing

        I ordered a product from mivi which was defective and I was willing to return it so I made the company and ask the procedure they replied with ship the product to them in Hyderabad which costed me 120 rupees so I shipped the product to them waiting for the updates and reply but it's some month they haven't even replied me or updated me or not even picking up calls and also my refund is still not came in my bank account I need it please help.

          I had purchase MIVI Bluetooth from MIVI website and after some times it was not working that time it was under warranty so i shared mail in MIVI support ([protected]@mivi.in. )after that blue dart team visited and take away for replacement . i mail 26-Aug-2021 for replacement but till date my Bluetooth earphone not return and no any revert got from mivi team side ..still mivi Bluetooth is under warranty
          so please help me how can i got my product ...

                  I ordered earbuds from their website on 1st june which were defective, I tried to replace them but they sent me the same product back again. I then sent those earbuds expecting for a refund or replacement on 27th aug and now they are not replying to my emails. No one picks up calls at the customer care service.

                      As I have complained for my mivi Bluetooth device as the device is in warranty period. They have arranged a blue Dart service & taken the product but after that it's been more than one month there is not a single reply from mivi service & neither I received my product in return..

                        I ordered the product from Flipkart on july 17 and received the product on july 18.but after one month the right side of the headset was not working properly and no sound was coming from the right side.i claimed for warranty for this manufacturer defect product.actually they should give us a new one but instead they service the product and give it to us.sep7 after claiming warranty i sent the product to mivi.they recieved the product on September...

                        Mivi has a policy of 1-year warranty on their products. I bought their earphones on 18th March 2021 and have recently mailed them for a replacement as 1 side of the earphone is not working. Despite several mails, I've recieved no reply from them.

                          I ordered two mivi duopods 20 and now one of them blue one’s right earbud had stopped working. The left one too has less battery life. I have been mailing them for past 1 month and no replacement has been made so far. I have also read that people are complaining not getting replacement or refund after the product is picked. This is ridiculous and making me furious. I want my refund or I want a replacement of new product.

                            I ordered Mivi duopods m20 on Sep 8. I have made two different orders for the same product, so I ordered total of 2 Mivi duopods. After that, I put on a cancellation request. They told me to refuse the order on delivery. I did it. Then I mailed them about my refund and they told me it will take 10-14 business days. I refused both orders on 15 Sep at the time of the delivery. Today is the 4th of October and I still did not get my refund and the Mivi support is also not replying to my emails. They are not giving me updates on my product return and my refund.

                              Hello,

                              I have ordered MIVI thunderbeats wireless earphones from Amazon on 12 November 2020. Now the product is not working properly and sound output has became very low. I sent a mail to mivi support regarding the same but everytime on follow up they generate a new ticket number and don't reply afterwards.

                                Its been a more than a month i sent duopods for repair or replace, which are whithin 1 year warranty ofcourse. Their battery get compromised in 6-7 months. Mivi support team is not replying any my emails regarding issue. Now its feel like i got cheated by company. For 1400 rs I buy this product. Now they are doing fraud.

                                    You guys ever pick up the call I gave my eardopes for repair bcoz i was having battery issue and they gave me back with even more issues, I can't plugin the charger, the charging point is not in place, eardopes isn't charging even when the box is full charged and now they are not replying to my mails

                                      Firstly my m20 duo pods battery got swollen and i tried to replace it and they gave me a replacement not good enough.

                                      The replacement they gave me was of diffrent colour and the charging case was not closing properly so i returned them to give me another one and then they picked up that ear buds and after 4 days they told me that they have sent my ear buds to testing department and after that there is still no update of my product.

                                      It's been a month and i am very frustrated with their customer service as they are not replying any of my mails
