I have bought my MiVi Doupods M20 from Flipkart, they have also disturbed me since they weren’t delivering the product, so I ordered it second time finally I got the product.
After just 6 Months it started giving me problems and in August it wasn’t charging.
After that I complained about the product several times to Mivi, then finally they take the product from me for testing and then giving me replaced product or not and I have messaged there support team, messaged them on Twitter and then complained them about replacing my product, either they don’t reply or they just reply due to Covid-19 it will take time. Whole world is operating in this time, but they can’t replace the product that is under warranty or reply back me, I was messaging them after 2-3 days then also.
Seriously, MiVi isn’t a good company in terms of service, if you bought the product from them just remember now they don’t know you, even if you have bill proofs…
please solve my issue i will be very greatful of you.
