I brought mivi coller 2 neckband from Amazon at march 2021 and now its not working, its not get turn on power on button is not working and i had created my warranty clain ticket which is given by mivi support but still my problem is not solved very bad service if you are giving the products warranty then who will give the service i don't ever again by any product from mivi very third class product and service 👎🏼

    I ordered a mivi product (Duopods M20) on January 15, 2021, But there was a problem with that product. Hence, we file a complaint for the replacement/repair of the product. They pick up our product on date 24/07/2021 and it is about 1.5 months but they didn't repair our product nor delivered it yet.
    I sent them a lot of emails but they are not responding to anyone and they didn't even take our calls.
    So I request you to kindly look into this matter.
    I would be grateful if you help me take our product.

    hello, my name is Piyush Yadav in sep 5 2021 i was ordered a mividuopods a25 with 1 year warranty but i facing some issues with the product in july 2022 and i filled replacement form more than 4 time and they says that in 24 hours your product will picked up but 1 month is passed and no one coming for the pick up of the product ..
    please solve my issue i will be very greatful of you.

      I have bought my MiVi Doupods M20 from Flipkart, they have also disturbed me since they weren’t delivering the product, so I ordered it second time finally I got the product.
      After just 6 Months it started giving me problems and in August it wasn’t charging.
      After that I complained about the product several times to Mivi, then finally they take the product from me for testing and then giving me replaced product or not and I have messaged there support team, messaged them on Twitter and then complained them about replacing my product, either they don’t reply or they just reply due to Covid-19 it will take time. Whole world is operating in this time, but they can’t replace the product that is under warranty or reply back me, I was messaging them after 2-3 days then also.

      Seriously, MiVi isn’t a good company in terms of service, if you bought the product from them just remember now they don’t know you, even if you have bill proofs…

        I got the mivi duopods A25. After some time the right earpod stopped working. So after a lot of struggle I somehow managed to get it picked up for repairing. But its 1 month, they haven't updated me. No replies to calls and mails. It was better with one earpod rather then getting them STOLEN. All of my money is burnt !
        PLS DON'T TRUST THEM !

            My headphone left side is not working and i send the product for warranty purpose after 15 day form the date i intimate to the mivi support team the send the couries lable and after 5 days for the courier received by them they send the message that your product is received adn it was send the the testing team after 10 days from that message no response till date, very worest product and service they mention the tag line make in india product very shame for this.

              I bought mivi duopods m20 from Flipkart, after few months the duopods started malfunctioning so I contacted mivi customer care through email and they asked me to send the product for repair. I sent the product through their courier to Hyderabad and they confirmed that they received the product. After that I tried to contact them for update but they stopped replying, I waited for more than 2 weeks but still got no reply. They have my product and are not returning it. I saw many others had the same complaint. Please help me get the product back.

                    I'm registered complain 23 july 2021 and they create ticket to solve my problem but till now nobody solve my problem. They create ticket 3 times for 1 problem but not solve my problem. 1 month has completed already done.

                      They had register my complaint and there was a call back from mivi support and they told me that the product will be replaced in 7 days, but now it's 25 days and there is no action taken and now we try to make complaint but their call get disconnect automatically again and again

                        I am complaining about hte customer care service of mivi
                        For past 2 months I m complaning their customer care for product related issue of their company . Every time they send a link to fill up the problem and after that no action has been taken what I can do.

                          I purchase in may, i was confuse why the bluethooth every time cut off and m20 get reconnect by the hand distance i thought it just near that proximity but when i get other person i found should even work for 20 feet without disconnect of bluetooth then i understand the cheating by mivi and their big big ads are just making own people, it's indian brand na, i mailed like 3 to 4 time to mivi support but they are not lisening and left head connectivity issue in mivi not a single issue it's multi customer having issue, but mivi is slient as they get their sell target good but down hand to you, better i go for boat other Indian brand some upper market quality value then this poor looting mivi i inspaired by a chu modi bhakt but now i understand they are actully ch in every field even in choices

                          Change karo sabke faulty product you promise the quality by branding it, it's not about 150 rs wali chiz we are paying near thousand for a head phone, baksa nahi jayega

                                  I Ordered a MIvi collar classic on 29 June 2021 through its official website and received the product on 2nd august 2021. I opened the packing just to find out that one of the earpieces was not working and it was constantly disconnecting. I requested a return but was denied on multiple grounds at last I settled on a replacement. My Complaint number is 748365. They arranged a pickup and the product was picked up on 18 August 2021. It reached them on 19. Since then it's been in the testing process. Although the support team claimed that it takes only 2 to 5 days but the process has already taken almost a month. Even now all I am told is to be patient.
                                  I want my product replaced as soon as possible!

                                    I had ordered mivi collar classic in may 2021 and it's right side earphone stoped working just in 2 months of purchase then I asked them for replacement of product as per warranty they agreed and arrange a pick up for faulty product but it's more than 15 days of pick up neither they are providing any updates nor replying my mails. It's a fraud company which is popular just because of its overhype publicity and false promotions.
