I had ordered mivi collar classic in may 2021 and it's right side earphone stoped working just in 2 months of purchase then I asked them for replacement of product as per warranty they agreed and arrange a pick up for faulty product but it's more than 15 days of pick up neither they are providing any updates nor replying my mails. It's a fraud company which is popular just because of its overhype publicity and false promotions.

    Earphones stopped working suddenly

    I bought Mivi collar bluetooth earphones in July-20 and it suddenly stopped working in July-21....

    Product not getting delivered . I used my mivi product for 1 month. It stopped working so I sent it to the service center for repairing. I sent the product on 9th June and it's 12th April still didn't recieve my product.

      I purchased this product in Feb but by the end of July this product starting lagging sound and switched off automatically and the battery also was degraded. my product was under warranty so send them back to mivi for repair/replacement. I gave the product on July 28 and it should have been back in 15 days but they haven't returned my product back. their helpline number does not work neither does their Facebook page. I emailed them like 10...

        Ticket no 731922 it has been 1 month mivi does not replying after receiving the product which I claim warranty after earphone stop working I think that mivi is best brand and good services but I now Samsung is best mivi does not provide service on time it is 1 month does not get product back and no reply after mailing 2 to 3 times

          I ordered Mivi collor 2B wireless earphones from Mivi on 14/04/21 and since it was not working properly i filled a complaint and sent the product back to mivi so that they can solve the issue on 21/06/2021. Its been 2 months I am not getting any reply from them. There customer care number is not working. Earlier I was contacting them through mail but since one month they have stopped replying to mail.
          They are ignoring my mails i have sent them more than 10 mails.
          There is no point of contact with them.
          My money is all wasted niether they are replacing the product nor returning my money.
          Please it's a request do something about this.

              Hello Team,
              i sent Mivi duo m20 air buds to your warranty team due to some problem observed in product. i sent this product on 7-6-2021 to mivi service center.
              now almost coming to complete 1 month but still now i am not recieved my product back or any update from mivi service center after lots of mail and call.
              mivi not responding on mail and call from 10 days, i purchased this product for 1200Rs. even i am not used for 10 days due to some problem in product i sent to service center.

              Warranty claim details: Ticket No: 697476

              Mivi not replying on my mail and not responding on call, no any update for my product where is my product, when it will be return.

                The product had issues and was sent for replacement/repair on 28/06/2021. The official mail said the product will be repaired if required or replaced if required and then return it back with 7-14 days. But its already been 33 days but i have not received the product yet. The customer executive always asks to wait till next week but the next week I call then they ask me to wait for another week again. This is happening from past 2 weeks.
                yes i am also facing same problem

                  I had purchased mivi thunderbeats earphones from Amazon last year in November. This year in March they stopped working unexpectedly, then I immediately mailed and registered a complaint against my product at [protected]@mivi.in since then I am constantly calling and asking mivi customer care number regarding the resolution of my problem but they are ignoring my problem by saying please wait till weekend. The cost of product is 1300 INR and product came with 1 year warranty, and there are zero physical damages to the product.

                    Firstly mivi promise that my product replace within 15 days but from 40-50 days mivi replying me that your product under testing. My ticket number is 720781 . I call to customer care and she tells me that i have no any product of you after 5 minutes she tells that your product under testing and she say that you wait only one weak but yet no details about my product after 1 weak .

                        I request everyone not to buy any product from them. my ticket no is 682119. on 22nd july they said they have received my product and in 5 days will process. today is 28 july i have not received any reply in mail execpt be patient and customer services piut you hold never pick up and if they do they are utter useless they do nothing, and cut call on their own. there is no way to raise complain as mails are useless and so their customer care. do not buy these product. product are worst and services are death trap.

                          I bought mivi duopods product from mivis for Rs.1399 official website.Within a week it started fluctuating.I applied for a refund after one week and they starter telling me tricks to do to delay my refund.And Almost after one month I returned the product on 15th june.When i returned the product I didn’t heard a single word from them about the return nor refund.After emailing them several times responded and said we will fix it.I said i want a refund they refused to give me refund as it was against their policy.Then after that they didn’t update me with anything and has stopped replying to my emails as well.It’s been more than one and a half months since i returned the product and mivi has not replied to my emails nor fixed my issue.My order id is R[protected].So, I request you to please look into this matter.Now I don’t even want the product, I want my refund as they have violted their own time period according to their policy.This is so unacceptable for a customer and so ignorant for a company.

                              I have purchased Mivi coller 2 dated 11th Mar and received the shipment on 15th Mar.
                              It was worked for 3 months, suddenly both side of earphone stopped working.

                              I am taking continuous follow ups from MIVI but they are not responding to my mails as well as calls. I am really frustrated. Its been around 1.5 months now and I am still don't have any idea about my product.

                              This is the last option I can see to get my product back.
