A product under replacement time mivi collar black neckband is malfunction I request to replacement policy I dispatch it they received on 16 june 2023 till now 19 June 2023 I received nill response from their side whether replace or not what about checking are they giving refund to me or not they giving no response even they don't have call number to customers talk only online complaint on buggy form

Hi,
I have purchased mivi D25 collar earphones on sep 2022 from Flipkart . It was working fine till today morning but suddenly it's right side stop working.

Please suggest what should I do. attaching invoice for your reference....

I purchased Mivi Bluetooth neckband in October 2022, and that is not working, I connected to Mivi customer service and they told in my pincode they are not providing any services but they are providing 1 year warranty but not in my pincode. So what type of service and warranty they are providing? If they are not providing services in such areas so why they are selling the products..?...

The earbuds is not getting charged and not it’s starting...

My neckband earbuds are not working properly so i submit a request in mivi website they responded for my request sent process of taking my neckband returns
They said in 1-2 business days my product will take return but a week is completed my product was not pick up yet and customer care is having only English or hindi what about language...

I have ordered a duopods on 30 October, and since then they are giving me trouble in every ten days. Sometimes one of them don’t work, sometimes despite of charging them they don’t work. I am really frustrated from this duopods and i filed complaint and its been two days no update on mu resolution. I claimed my warranty and i want resolution as soon as possible....

As I submit my problem related my duo pods to claim warranty. I received the mail Mivi said we will pick your product and repair it there is no response after it. No one picked my product to repair it. And now my f40 also have such issues like right earbud give less sound then left earbud, but if my f30 not fixed by Mivi then what I expect you repair my f40...

My earpods not getting charged either it has less time charge while I'm putting in the box it was not charging still I press completely and it doesn't have much charge that I was seen in the order review...

Battery issue and charging issue...

Left side ports of the Year world is not working I am very disappointed with that.
I talk to me is support team they said that there is scratch on the capsule and this is a physical damage not come under warrenty . I am very disappointed with her service.I purchased from around 8 months ago and with the long peroid of time the strach obviously comes on the capsule and the scratch is only at the outer part of capsule . I want to repair...

Please send my money...

My airpods wre not working properly, mivi duopods f60 in that a ringing sound is hearing from after connection...

Charging karne per disconnect nahin ho raha hai fir bhi connect dikha raha hai box mein rakhne se bhi disconnect nahin ho raha hai...

I have purchased a mivi duopods f60 white 8 months ago.
now it is not being charged by charging case .i want to be repaired .i have called so many times on customer care but they are not responding. And after that I have mailed about it too. And Also there site is not working properly, please repair it and finally I am filling a complain about it......

This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I rely on my MIVI Collar D25 for my work. I am disappointed with the way my case has been handled and the inconvenience that I have had to endure....
