On 3 july 2023 i raised 2nd complaint of my product mivi earbuds today is 30 july 2023 still my product not delivered yet. I send lots of the mail to mivi customer support they only saying this prodcut is in under testing really ?? what they are doing with the product they said that they didn't replace the prodcut i agree but for the repair they want whole 1 months //pathetic service cheap brand am getting tired after that I take this steps// i want my prodcut asap with repair / replace whatever i want perfect prdocut if they are not able to do this refund my money//i never purchase the mivi brand//pathetic brand//cheap services.ticket id : 2371384

    I had given my buds in warranty claim but after reparing when I got my buds it was broken and damaged or as well as there are several cracks on buds of left hand side your engineer has damaged or broken my product on same that after receiving the product I had raised a complain mail on your customer support mail id with the evidence of photos and videos
    The my product was DuoPods ENC F70
    Kindly resolve the issue earlier

        Sir i send my mivi duopods to your service center . I send many mails to you but you did not reply .my mivi duopods f40 have a problem in right earbud.           I had raised 3 times for warranty claim of my DuoPods ENC F70 for same issue but in last when I had received a parcel from your side after reparing I got the defective or damaged or broken airdopes from your side on same day in few hours after receiving the parcel I had lodged the issue that I had got damaged or broken product I raised the same on your email ID with the evidence of Photo and Videos on same mail, so kindly check and resolve the my issue as soon as earlier or else I have to lodge a legal complain against your organization

              Dear company, I am the customer of mivi product since 8 months. My product is not working properly due to battery issue . I wanted to claim warranty and replace my product. I am trying to replace the product since 1 month . I also tried this from official website and customer support no. But it's not working .

                I bought Mivi Duopods F50 of coral colour in September 2022 with one year of warranty period.
                Recently the left side of the duopods started to show improper functioning specifically low sound even after full volume. For the same matter I raised a ticket on the concerned company website along with all the asked details.
                In revert of the ticket raised I got a email stating a statement this is how it work and this comes under normal functioning.
                Reach out to us for any technical issues faced by you.

                  Today 19/06/23 was the expected delivery for my product AWB#[protected].
                  I got a message that says the i will get a call today from the delivery person. But i didnt got any calls!
                  It is showing consignee not available!
                  Im so dissapointed of the bluedarts unproffesional service. Atleast you should give customers correct updateds regarding the product.
                  Please update this as soon as possible.
                  As i would like to recieve my product soon!

                            I purchased Mivi Bluetooth neckband in October 2022, and that is not working, I connected to Mivi customer service and they told in my pincode they are not providing any services but they are providing 1 year warranty but not in my pincode. So what type of service and warranty they are providing? If they are not providing services in such areas so why they are selling the products..?

                                My neckband earbuds are not working properly so i submit a request in mivi website they responded for my request sent process of taking my neckband returns
                                They said in 1-2 business days my product will take return but a week is completed my product was not pick up yet and customer care is having only English or hindi what about language

                                  I have ordered a duopods on 30 October, and since then they are giving me trouble in every ten days. Sometimes one of them don’t work, sometimes despite of charging them they don’t work. I am really frustrated from this duopods and i filed complaint and its been two days no update on mu resolution. I claimed my warranty and i want resolution as soon as possible.

                                    As I submit my problem related my duo pods to claim warranty. I received the mail Mivi said we will pick your product and repair it there is no response after it. No one picked my product to repair it. And now my f40 also have such issues like right earbud give less sound then left earbud, but if my f30 not fixed by Mivi then what I expect you repair my f40
