    Left side ports of the Year world is not working I am very disappointed with that.
    I talk to me is support team they said that there is scratch on the capsule and this is a physical damage not come under warrenty . I am very disappointed with her service.I purchased from around 8 months ago and with the long peroid of time the strach obviously comes on the capsule and the scratch is only at the outer part of capsule . I want to repair my earpods

                I have purchased a mivi duopods f60 white 8 months ago.
                now it is not being charged by charging case .i want to be repaired .i have called so many times on customer care but they are not responding. And after that I have mailed about it too. And Also there site is not working properly, please repair it and finally I am filling a complain about it...

                  This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I rely on my MIVI Collar D25 for my work. I am disappointed with the way my case has been handled and the inconvenience that I have had to endure.

                        I bought Mivi bluetooth on 19/12/2022. Order received on 21/12/2022. Product is not upto the mark hence returned the product on the address given by the Company on 22/12/2022 through professional courier awb no AMD26051297. Courier rejected saying the area is not serviceable. Received back on 01/01/2023. Again talked with customer support, they suggested to return by speed post. Speed post done on 02/01/2023 through speed post number: EG[protected]IN. Now when I am sending email to support team on 10/01/23 regarding refund of amount, they are telling me that parcel is empty and hence refund cant be processed. When i courier it fully covered parcel, how is this possible that parcel is empty. This company is cheating customers like this

                          I purchased my mivi f40 duopods from flipkart, after 15 days left earbud stoped charging in case. I claimed for warranty and shipped product to mivi. On email they confirmed my product got repaired. When I received product back i found out that they replaced my original new product with old one with lots of scratches. I raised it with them with all the proofs but they denied the claim. I also raised consumer complaint, then they again asked me to send that old earbuds back, after a month they sent back product same as it is. Now again i asked them where is the orignal new product? and they are saying that they sent back the same product as it was sent to them. Warranty service is pathetic.

                            I purchased MIVI classic collar from flipkart but it stop working on 24.11.2022 so i complaint to MIVI as it is under warranty i mail to the company and they pick the product and after 10 days arond i get my product But sound is not clearly... after neckband repaired voice is not clear only sound i can hear. I connect again in customer care but now they told me it's normal behaviour.
                            I almost use this product 7 month at that time this issue is not accured. music and sound is very clear but after repaired through service center voice is not clear then how it's natural behaviour.

                            My complaint no is - 1237295 and they close my case. What the hell is that.

                            I heard that mivi service is ridiculous but today i face it.

                              My sound bar purchased from flipkart on 02/10/2022 but it stop working on 30.10.2022 so i complaint to MIVI as it is under warranty i mail to the company and they pick the product and it reached to them on 10/11/2022 which is after 10 days of complaint after that no reply from company then i call them 10 to 15 times after 2 weeks that is on 24/11/2022 they told me that product is recieved by them and it is with the technician department so told me to wait for few days as their policy is to complet the procees is 7 to 14 working day which got over on 01/12/2022 and now today its 03/12/2022 but still no upadte from the service center my ticket id is 199354 and my name is Ashok Parvi so what to do now, please banned this type of fraud company MIVI is frauding customer who purchase thier product with hard earn money and poor after sales services from the company

                                Hello @mivi, I had bought airpod mivi duopods f60 ENC on 21 August 2022, but after some days it's getting worse that it is continuously remains on after I press the switch as well as I put it in the charging case. I am totally worried about it and I want a solution or else replacement please consider my letter to you

                                  I have ordered the product on 13th November it came the next day 14th November and when i started using it the right earbud was getting disconnected agian nd again similarly the left one started the same problem within same day of delivery i faced this problem so i placed a refund request on theur mail so they are asking for money to ship the product to them why should I pay for the shipping again they have to pickup the product also they are not receiving calls i asked help on their Instagram page they are not responding i commented my reason on their page so they deleted my comment but didn't helped out I'm regretting my decision of buying cheap product by fraud company MIVI

                                      I received my mivi duopodes f60 yesterday from mivi centre and it is not fixed
