Mivi collar flash pro

I bought Mivi bluetooth on 19/12/2022. Order received on 21/12/2022. Product is not upto the mark hence returned the product on the address given by the Company on 22/12/2022 through professional courier awb no AMD26051297. Courier rejected saying the area is not serviceable. Received back on 01/01/2023. Again talked with customer support, they suggested to return by speed post. Warranty service scam

I purchased my mivi f40 duopods from flipkart, after 15 days left earbud stoped charging in case. I claimed for warranty and shipped product to mivi. On email they confirmed my product got repaired. MIVI classic collar

I purchased MIVI classic collar from flipkart but it stop working on 24.11.2022 so i complaint to MIVI as it is under warranty i mail to the company and they pick the product and after 10 days arond i get my product But sound is not clearly... after neckband repaired voice is not clear only sound i can hear. I connect again in customer care but now they told me it's normal behaviour.
I almost use this product 7 month at that time this...

Fraud in after sales service

Mivi is like a fraud company, their products are bad products, and their services even worst. They will not repair/ replace the product regardless of warranty remaining for more than 6 months. They will do it for first time but they will take 2 months time to do it, just to pass the warranty time, but after that no reply of mails, calls...

Not returning my product back which I gave for warranty claim

I bought MIVI Duopods F40 on[protected].

Product not returning after repair from last 85 days

I got an issue with my Bluetooth earphones of Mivi. I have registered a ticket for that and they collected the product around 13 July 2022.

The product was repaired in few days after that and still, they have not shipped the product to me. I have mailed them and reminded for approx 10-15 times. They are just responding that they will ship in the next 48 hours.

But it's now been 85 + days. I am tired of them....
