Not returning my product back which I sent for warranty, it's been 10 days I'm waiting to solve my issue. whenever, I track my ticket number it's shows that it is under testing I need the product very very urgently without my pods I can't attend my ONLINE CLASSES I don't have much money to buy another one kindly please help and please do the needful

    Dear sir,
    I want to say that, I purchased mivi fort 24 soundbar before 6 months.
    Soundbar battery not working.Product is warranty After that I inform to customer care and do the complaint last month, complaint number is 2404607.But till now no any response from mivi customer care.
    I request to you that kindly solve my problem and return my money.

        I’ve ordered mivi earbuds from websites return picked up on 10th july 2023 till now refund not initiated around 2months completed, also called customer care service so many times they didn’t respond

          I claimed my warranty and sent my mivi duopods f70 for the repairment but it's around 1 month. They said that it's repaired and is being sent to me but till date I didn't recieved them. Also they neither give the updates nor send the replies on the mail.
          I am just fed up with the services being provided.

                I had ordered a Mivi product in January 2023, for which I got warranty till the year 2024, just a few days ago my product had a charging problem, Due to which I made a warranty claim on which he asked me some photos of the product and said that we will check and tell but after a few days i received an email in which he said that we will not give warranty due to products seems physical damage however My product had no physical damage from anywhere only a few scratches came from keeping the buds in the case which I replied to them but due to no response from their side I have filed a false warranty promise and false information against Mivi

                  I bought Mivi product, but after using it for some time, my left earbud got damaged. I mailed and called the company several times but did not get any response. After that I sent my product to their official address. I have not received any revert back after the product was dispatched. I have called many times. I am very upset.

                    On 3 july 2023 i raised 2nd complaint of my product mivi earbuds today is 30 july 2023 still my product not delivered yet. I send lots of the mail to mivi customer support they only saying this prodcut is in under testing really ?? what they are doing with the product they said that they didn't replace the prodcut i agree but for the repair they want whole 1 months //pathetic service cheap brand am getting tired after that I take this steps// i want my prodcut asap with repair / replace whatever i want perfect prdocut if they are not able to do this refund my money//i never purchase the mivi brand//pathetic brand//cheap services.ticket id : 2371384

                      I had given my buds in warranty claim but after reparing when I got my buds it was broken and damaged or as well as there are several cracks on buds of left hand side your engineer has damaged or broken my product on same that after receiving the product I had raised a complain mail on your customer support mail id with the evidence of photos and videos
                      The my product was DuoPods ENC F70
                      Kindly resolve the issue earlier

                            I had raised 3 times for warranty claim of my DuoPods ENC F70 for same issue but in last when I had received a parcel from your side after reparing I got the defective or damaged or broken airdopes from your side on same day in few hours after receiving the parcel I had lodged the issue that I had got damaged or broken product I raised the same on your email ID with the evidence of Photo and Videos on same mail, so kindly check and resolve the my issue as soon as earlier or else I have to lodge a legal complain against your organization

                                  I bought Mivi Duopods F50 of coral colour in September 2022 with one year of warranty period.
                                  Recently the left side of the duopods started to show improper functioning specifically low sound even after full volume. For the same matter I raised a ticket on the concerned company website along with all the asked details.
                                  In revert of the ticket raised I got a email stating a statement this is how it work and this comes under normal functioning.
                                  Reach out to us for any technical issues faced by you.

                                    Today 19/06/23 was the expected delivery for my product AWB#[protected].
                                    I got a message that says the i will get a call today from the delivery person. But i didnt got any calls!
                                    It is showing consignee not available!
                                    Im so dissapointed of the bluedarts unproffesional service. Atleast you should give customers correct updateds regarding the product.
                                    Please update this as soon as possible.
                                    As i would like to recieve my product soon!
