I have purchased a Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones on 7th September 2021 from Amazon.

Both side earphones are not working. Not able to hear any audio.
There is no any physical damage in the product.

On 27th Aug 2022, I had sent an email to [protected]@mivi.in & raised my complaint.
On 30th Aug, I received a response on my email from Mivi. Accordingly, I have shared all the required details (product photos, invoice copy, address details) with them.
On 1st Sep they assigned Ticket number #1801113 to my complaint & arranged to pick up my defective product.
On the same day, my product was collected through Bluedart.
On 5th Sep, I sent an email to know the status of my ticket.
On 6th Sep, I've got a reply from Mivi that they received my product & it is under testing & will be tested at the earliest.
On 9th Sep, I've sent an email to know the status but not received any revert from Mivi.
Even on 12th Sep, I have called on Mivi customer care phone number but no response was received from Mivi. My phone was on waiting for executive to talk for more than 20 minutes. finally not received any update. So, once again I've sent email to Mivi for follow-up.

So, I am requesting the consumer complaint team to help in getting a replacement/repair of my product from Mivi at the earliest.

I have purchased a mivi neckband 2 years ago.
now it is not being chargerd by charger .i want to be repaired .i have called so many times on customer care but they are not responding.and after that i have maied about it too.and finally i am filling a compain about it.

My right duopod is not working so i claimed warrenty, Mvi recived my duopods on 13 jun and it's over 3 month mivi did not send them

I actually faced an issue with the mivi duopods A25 months before and so I tried to reach out to them for availing warranty.After so many mails finally they arranged pickup and I sent the product to them on 7/08/2022.Then they took a very very long time of about a month and it is just because I have mailed so mANY TIMEs and they always tell "next week".Now after more than a month I got the product on 09/09/2022 and yeah THE BEST part is they actually created more issues than solving and yes as always they delivered someone else defective product.
Now if any legal advisor is reading this I want to request him/her please take 5 min and just go through the reviews on quora.
This is because this type of ### business must be taken down at any cost as when we purchase a product they give 100 calls to ask for reviews and for CUSTOMER support you have to wait hours and hours.
I think this type of company should be sued even if its so called Indian brand.

I had recently bought Mivi Collar Classic neckband, faced issues with it, complained to company, got the product picked up and replaced and all this took more than a month . Before returning replacing the product only one side of neckband wasn't working but now neckband has completely stopped working. It just connected to phone but there is no audio .

This is redecules service frm mivi ..no response frm mivi and no one come to pick up airbuds

I had issues with my mivi collar classic neckband and complained about it for which the company got time after a month for pickup . During the pickup, the guy said to REPLACE the product within 2 days but it's about a week to end and I haven't received my replacement.

I bought two Mivi Roam2 from Flipkart, it got it delivered on 16th Jul 2022, From delivery date to till now the battery is draining instantly in one speaker, but on another speaker it's fine.

I trying so long to reach mivi on customer care number(which they mentioned on their website [protected]), but the call is on hold and no one is picking up.

Wasted so much time and got frustrated because...

Dear sir left side earphone not workingi have jus purchased 18/5/2022

I sent my Mivi doupods M20 for repair. I got a mail on 31st July 2022 that it is repaired and it will be shipped within 48 hours. Later they gave me shipment details with a fake tracking number. And since then they have been delaying the shipment. Always saying that they will resolve it but after that no response from their side until I send any mail. It is 31st of August today when I am reporting this. They aren't even responding to my mails now.

I ordered a duopod earbuds pair worth Rs.1499 from mivi. It's been over 2 weeks but my order still hasn't been delivered. At first, i chose this brand among others cuz it labelled itself as made in India but who knew that this company was such a fraud. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic as they put my call on queue and no reply even after mailing them. I came to know about their scam after reading online reviews and how their products are also horrible. So mivi, i want you to refund my money now!!! I don't want your product, just refund my money (Rs.1499) which i paid through online payment
P.S : shut down the bloody company if all you want to do is scam people!!

Product generated heat while usage

My mivi product is not working. Sounds QUALITY very poor. I need help .pls support me

It's been a month they take my product for repair and can't give back not replying also

The left earbud of my Mivi DuoPods F40 stopped working within 2 months of purchasing it.

I've got no response from Mivi customer support even after sending them repeated emails from the last 20 days.

I need my DuoPods replaced since it's still under warranty.
