Hi i have purchased mivi collar classic blue neckband on 22nd march 2022.
Then in the month of June it stopped working . Then i logged a complain on 5 June 2022 with ticket number 1550222

But today is 18th august more than 2 month I didn’t received my product.

I write may mail but they are saying about delay in testing .

So please support to get that product

I purchased the earphones through Flipkart with a year warranty on 23rd April 2022. The earphones stopped charging on 27th June and I send an email to claim my warranty. The responses has been so slow and they told that they will pick up the product but no other details been shared. Last they replied was a month ago and I have been sending follow up emails but no response. Nobody picks the customer care number as well....

Doupods earphone will be not charging to box to taking....

Hi am prasant,
I purchased a mivi collar classic its within 1 year warrenty but two buds are not working now, after i reset phone, clean earphone, reset my bluetooth setting and also trying with other phone also. Two side speaker are not working still now.
How can i claim my warrenty?...

My Mivi Collar Flash Wireless Earphones are not working.. His left side earphone is not working.. Kindly fix the problem or replace this this product.....

I ordered from flipkart duopods F40 on 7 june 2022 of order id OD[protected] and they are not working that's why I raised a complaint and they picked my order and mailed me that we will provide you a replacement and awb number will provided but then they cancel that shipment and not answering the mail nor recieve the call also it's been a month already...

Right and Left burds not working properly...

I requested warranty request 3 weeks before still not picked the product (ticket ID 169359)...

Mivi is not responding to any mails they told me that they will pick my earphones but then they didn't reply neither did the pick up company they don't even respond to emails neither they have any customer care so how will i get my replacement why do they show that product is under warranty then...

As per the MIVI instruction I was returned the defective product through MIVI arranged courier, . The Defective product picked by Smartr logistic on 06/08/2022 and as per courier tracking status product is delivered to M/s semonil electronic pvt ltd on 08/08/2022.But till date MIVI has not provided information regarding replacement of the defective product.
Reference to the above issue, I was written email two time to customer support...

I already send a mail to u. But there is no response frm mivi such rediculious service frm mivi .i already complaint tht my mivi Airbuds still not working...

This is my ticket number 1504543 it’s been 3 to 4 month I sent my product bcz was damaged was under warranty used only 15 to 20 days am ### tired survice care people won’t pick up the have to wait more than 20 min i need refund mivi is ### company am gone put it everywhere i was loyal and waited very carefully …i changed my adress mailed them called and informed still they sent my product to old adress...

The product had stopped working suddenly...

The Customer care service of Mivi is so so so bad! I purchased My Mivi Collar Falsh Neckband in Dec. 2021. So the warranty is valid . The right side of the neckband is stopped working. But the email of Customer care service is not responding or responding in 3-4 days and not picking up the call of Customer care service number. Such a careless company.
I suggest you to not buy any products of Mivi!
And I request to Arrange...

I have sent the mivi duopods M40 while i have received the packet of F40 which is also empty packet. It just contains the charging cable. Please escalate and send me back my product asap. i have been waiting for my product from 2 months now. the date i shipped my product to mivi was 8june 2022 while today is 8 august 2022.
