The left earbud of my Mivi DuoPods F40 stopped working within 2 months of purchasing it.

I've got no response from Mivi customer support even after sending them repeated emails from the last 20 days.

I need my DuoPods replaced since it's still under warranty.

      One side of my earphone was not working then i filed a complaint on 13th August 2022 but no one came to pickup the product then on 22nd August 2022 i again filed a complaint but my issue was not resolved.
      I want you to look in this matter Asap and i hope you won't shatter the trust of your customers.

        We sent the parcel to you for repairing but when we received the parcel in that only box no any earpods at all and its received in damaged condition, i called you so many times and i had so many mail but your customer service no reply for any mail if you can't handle your customer and not solve their problems then don't sell your products i had raised the complaint on 11th aug but yet i have not receive any reply from your side your service is so bad i am not suggest any one to purchase mivi products.

          I had some issues in my product some internal issues 15 days before which is in its warranty period .. I had complain about it and my product had been taken by the delivery boy .. But still today i hav not get my product.. very dissatisfied with the service.. want my problem to be resolved soon

                  Hi, I ordered Mividuopods A25 from Amazon few months ago and I am having an issue in the right earbud. Sound coming from it is very low and also it is creating an issue in calling. The left one is working good but right one is having problem and also I have charged it fully but nothing happened.

                    Ordered from flipkart duopods F40 on 7 june 2022 of order id OD[protected] and they are not working that's why I raised a complaint and they picked my order and mailed me that we will provide you a replacement and awb number will provided but then they cancel that shipment and not answering the mail nor recieve the call also it's been a month already

                      Hi i have purchased mivi collar classic blue neckband on 22nd march 2022.
                      Then in the month of June it stopped working . Then i logged a complain on 5 June 2022 with ticket number 1550222

                      But today is 18th august more than 2 month I didn’t received my product.

                      I write may mail but they are saying about delay in testing .

                      So please support to get that product

                        I purchased the earphones through Flipkart with a year warranty on 23rd April 2022. The earphones stopped charging on 27th June and I send an email to claim my warranty. The responses has been so slow and they told that they will pick up the product but no other details been shared. Last they replied was a month ago and I have been sending follow up emails but no response. Nobody picks the customer care number as well.

                          I purchased a mivi collar classic its within 1 year warrenty but two buds are not working now, after i reset phone, clean earphone, reset my bluetooth setting and also trying with other phone also. Two side speaker are not working still now.

                                    Mivi is not responding to any mails they told me that they will pick my earphones but then they didn't reply neither did the pick up company they don't even respond to emails neither they have any customer care so how will i get my replacement why do they show that product is under warranty then

                                      As per the MIVI instruction I was returned the defective product through MIVI arranged courier, . The Defective product picked by Smartr logistic on 06/08/2022 and as per courier tracking status product is delivered to M/s semonil electronic pvt ltd on 08/08/2022.But till date MIVI has not provided information regarding replacement of the defective product.
                                      Reference to the above issue, I was written email two time to customer support of MIVI but they are not responding to my mail.
                                      Hence request to resolve the issue at the earliest.
                                      Complaint Ticket number is 27020
