    The Customer care service of Mivi is so so so bad! I purchased My Mivi Collar Falsh Neckband in Dec. 2021. So the warranty is valid . The right side of the neckband is stopped working. But the email of Customer care service is not responding or responding in 3-4 days and not picking up the call of Customer care service number. Such a careless company.
    I suggest you to not buy any products of Mivi!
    And I request to Arrange the pickup of my Neckband and return me the new or repaired one as early as possible. And atleast please reply in Customer care email or Number which you have given in every site .

              I have sent the mivi duopods M40 while i have received the packet of F40 which is also empty packet. It just contains the charging cable. Please escalate and send me back my product asap. i have been waiting for my product from 2 months now. the date i shipped my product to mivi was 8june 2022 while today is 8 august 2022.

                    I have purchase a MIVI collar Bluetooth neckband from mivi website. And I have got a defective product. So I raised a complain and tried to contact them several time. But got no response. Then I had to file a complain against them. Then the action was taken approx. after 25-30 days. And I needed refund for such a poor service. As I have complained with in the return policy of the company. But they haven't done anything and just repaired the product and sent me back.
                    Now the same Bluetooth neckband has stop working. So I have raised a complain but again I am facing the same problem it's been 5 days passed out but No response from the company. MIVI is just a fraud company.

                            I have purchased mivi f40 enc pods from flipkart on 22 may 2022 but after sometome it had some issues so i decided to return but period is over . then I go to mivi complaints and register a return and warrenty request . Then person came to my house to pick up that mivi pods and after a more than a month yet no response from mivi . It is very irritating and not a good thing with customer .
                            I want my resolution otherwise i will go to court about this matter .

                              My mivi earphone left side is not working properly it automatically changes its sound frequency low n high my one side has very bad sound can't even properly listen and call through earphones

                                I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar classic neckband and mivi's consumer support picked up my colar classic from my residence 2 weeks ago and took it under a diagnosis test and updatee me 2 weeks ago. I had mailed them 4 times for the update of my neckband and asked for the refund or new colar classic as it is under the warranty period but still I had not received any reply. Mivi has a very poor service system and no transparency.

                                    It's been almost 3 months, mivi still not sending me my product, most scam brand, They didn't replying any of my mail
                                    I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar Flash Neckband i after 3 months my neckband one side is off then i send it to mivi for replacement till i have not received my neckband also not get any response its now over an year really Cheapest Site MIVI is.Cheap Too Cheap

                                      I have purchased mivi duopods f40 but due to some defect I've returned it. The product was picked from me on 14th July. It's been about half of a month but they are still not giving any response. Neither returning the product nor refunding the amount which I have paid to buy it. Please take suitable actions to retrieve me my product.
