I am trying to return my mivi duopods but they told me i have to ship them on my own expense i really don't know how to to do it and they are not replying to me...

I have purchase a MIVI collar Bluetooth neckband from mivi website. And I have got a defective product. So I raised a complain and tried to contact them several time. But got no response. Then I had to file a complain against them. Then the action was taken approx. after 25-30 days. And I needed refund for such a poor service. It's almost 2 weeks and no reply for faulty product replacement pickup not arranged by [protected]@mivi.in. May I know the reason behind delay. Request to solve the query through your end as early as possible....

It's almost more than a month and there is no response from [protected]@mivi.in of my faulty product replacement which is not yet initiated and no update is provided. AWB No: XSE[protected]. I have purchased mivi f40 enc pods from flipkart on 22 may 2022 but after sometome it had some issues so i decided to return but period is over . then I go to mivi complaints and register a return and warrenty request . My mivi earphone left side is not working properly it automatically changes its sound frequency low n high my one side has very bad sound can't even properly listen and call through earphones...

I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar classic neckband and mivi's consumer support picked up my colar classic from my residence 2 weeks ago and took it under a diagnosis test and updatee me 2 weeks ago. Mivi has a very poor service system and no transparency....

It's been almost 3 months, mivi still not sending me my product, most scam brand, They didn't replying any of my mail...

I have purchased mivi duopods f40 but due to some defect I've returned it. The product was picked from me on 14th July. It's been about half of a month but they are still not giving any response. Neither returning the product nor refunding the amount which I have paid to buy it. Please take suitable actions to retrieve me my product....

I have purchased a Bluetooth headphones from Flipkart within two months left side of ear phone not working properly so I had complaint to mivi but they are not giving the proper response from last two month I am taking the follow up for the replacement no reply I am getting. They are just harrassing the customer...

Raised a faulty product complaint on my mivi duopods m40 on 25 May, 2022. They took the product from me on 8th June 2022. I haven't received back the product till date. Whenever i call mivi customer care, they are always saying we will send you this week and the cycle continues. This really has to be my worst experience with any e-commerce website. The delivery agent took my product on july 13 th and it reqached mivi service centre, on July 22 they said they are going to replace a new device within 48 hours, but untill now no response i cant connect to the customer care

I shipped a product Mivi Duopods by courier arranged by team because i was facing multiple issues with the product, they were continuously contacting me through email support @mivi.in pickup was arranged by smartr express, package had picked up by addulla but not shipped me again. It was scam of mivi. Please help me to refund or return my package.

I had complained about an issue with my Mivi Duopods F30. After many emails, managed to get my product dispatched to the Mivi warehouse. After tons of emails and more than a month, I got an email saying, that the product has been repaired and would be shipped within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and no update at all....

I have sent Bluetooth headphones for replacement on 9th June 2022 ( which is been collected without my notice).
Its more then a month no reply from your end.
I want my money back or any new headset...

My mivi collar flash was having an issue, I write an email for that and i got an email from mivi to fill the details for the warranty thing and details of the product, and after that another email was there to arrange for pickup and acknowledge them after pickup, Pickup was done but no updates after that, They are not replying to any mails and any calls, it's been 5 days since pickup of my product, i certainly need an action asap...
