I've collar classic wireless earphones.i purchased it on 8th of March from Flipkart..now this is showing some problem in this..one side of that earphone is not working totally.. now I want to replace it.please do this..it's urgent and needful..

I had sent my product to them on 24 june for repairing them email me that there is some problem with ther logistics so they tell me to wait 14 to 15 days
But now its been more than 1 month i had give my product to them they are not responding to the calls and emails my ticket no. Is [#1591372]

I purchase a Mivi f30 duo pods earphone but i suffer issue with product so i claim warranty but the product i received is worst than the previous condition. So I again claim warranty and sent product to Mivi Mivi sent me mail on 7 July 2022 but I was already 25 July 2022 I did not receive any update for product dispatchment. no proper answers please help me out....

I have sent my mivi duopods M20 for repair in mivi service center but after 2 weeks of receiving that they have repaired my product I haven't got any update of my shipment...

I have bought Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery Fast Charging TWS Bluetooth on 17th Jan 2022. Initially i didn't faced any issues while charging.However, the claim of 42 hrs charging doesn't not working for me. The product is purchased from Flipkart with OD[protected]. The product is already been registered for warranty. After several follow up the product has been picked up on 18th may. Since then the product is lying with them....

On 27 May 2022 I Sent My Mivi Duopods To mIvi Service Center. On 7 Jul 2022 I Received A Mail From Mivi That My Product Issue Resolved And It Will Shipped Between 485 Hours But 19 Jul 2022 Till No Information Received Regarding My Shipment....

So I had applied for my warranty on 14th May and they picked up my earphones within two three days and assured .e that i will receive it within 15 days, now it's been 2 months i have called them multiple times their customer service is the worst and they just keep changing the dates but not repairing my product nor delivering it to me and im also thinking of suing MIVI in consumer court pune.So MIVI if you are seeing this pls deliver my earphone...

Not resolved my mivi collar flash neckband issue and not reply my mail message my order pickup last 15 days but not repaired my neckband and not reply my email very bad experience please do not buy mivi product....

My mivi product was on warranty so I emailed them that my product wasn't working properly, first of all they took around 10 days to actually reply and then 5 days more to pick up the product and now its been around 20 days and no replies from them. They haven't yet told when they'll be returning the product.
Worst service Ever. We can't even contact the customer care directly!!!...

I have purched Mivi Collar 2A from Flipkart on 25th July, 2021. I found an issue with that product and I have sent it to their service centre on last week of May 2022, they didnt return my product till now. I sent so many emails but disheartened everytime as their customer care number is fake, noone picks up the phone. The product was taken for replacement by the delivery man at arround 11:00 a.m and the steps to be followed for the delivery are sent by mivi support team at 4:33 p.m on that day.
