I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar classic neckband and mivi's consumer support picked up my colar classic from my residence 2 weeks ago and took it under a diagnosis test and updatee me 2 weeks ago. I had mailed them 4 times for the update of my neckband and asked for the refund or new colar classic as it is under the warranty period but still I had not received any reply. Mivi has a very poor service system and no transparency.

      It's been almost 3 months, mivi still not sending me my product, most scam brand, They didn't replying any of my mail
      I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar Flash Neckband i after 3 months my neckband one side is off then i send it to mivi for replacement till i have not received my neckband also not get any response its now over an year really Cheapest Site MIVI is.Cheap Too Cheap

        I have purchased mivi duopods f40 but due to some defect I've returned it. The product was picked from me on 14th July. It's been about half of a month but they are still not giving any response. Neither returning the product nor refunding the amount which I have paid to buy it. Please take suitable actions to retrieve me my product.
        No response is given by mivi in relation to my duopods f40

          I have purchased a Bluetooth headphones from Flipkart within two months left side of ear phone not working properly so I had complaint to mivi but they are not giving the proper response from last two month I am taking the follow up for the replacement no reply I am getting. They are just harrassing the customer

            Raised a faulty product complaint on my mivi duopods m40 on 25 May, 2022. They took the product from me on 8th June 2022. I haven't received back the product till date. Whenever i call mivi customer care, they are always saying we will send you this week and the cycle continues. This really has to be my worst experience with any e-commerce website. Strongly recommending everyone not to buy anything from Mivi . Viswanadh Kandula

              The delivery agent took my product on july 13 th and it reqached mivi service centre, on July 22 they said they are going to replace a new device within 48 hours, but untill now no response i cant connect to the customer care

                I shipped a product Mivi Duopods by courier arranged by team because i was facing multiple issues with the product, they were continuously contacting me through email support @mivi.in pickup was arranged by smartr express, package had picked up by addulla but not shipped me again. It was scam of mivi. Please help me to refund or return my package.

                  I had complained about an issue with my Mivi Duopods F30. After many emails, managed to get my product dispatched to the Mivi warehouse. After tons of emails and more than a month, I got an email saying, that the product has been repaired and would be shipped within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and no update at all.

                    Bluetooth headphones are not working

                    I have sent Bluetooth headphones for replacement on 9th June 2022 ( which is been collected without my notice).
                    Its more then a month no reply from your end.
                    I want my money back or any new headset...

                      Regarding ignorance of product issue

                      My mivi collar flash was having an issue, I write an email for that and i got an email from mivi to fill the details for the warranty thing and details of the product, and after that another email was there to arrange for pickup and acknowledge them after pickup, Pickup was done but no updates after that, They are not replying to any mails and any calls, it's been 5 days since pickup of my product, i certainly need an action asap...

                          I had sent my product to them on 24 june for repairing them email me that there is some problem with ther logistics so they tell me to wait 14 to 15 days

                            I purchase a Mivi f30 duo pods earphone but i suffer issue with product so i claim warranty but the product i received is worst than the previous condition. So I again claim warranty and sent product to Mivi Mivi sent me mail on 7 July 2022 but I was already 25 July 2022 I did not receive any update for product dispatchment. no proper answers please help me out.

                                I have bought Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery Fast Charging TWS Bluetooth on 17th Jan 2022. Initially i didn't faced any issues while charging.However, the claim of 42 hrs charging doesn't not working for me. The product is purchased from Flipkart with OD[protected]. The product is already been registered for warranty. After several follow up the product has been picked up on 18th may. Since then the product is lying with them. And on 2nd July they have sent an email stating Our test engineer have identified the issue with the product.
                                We have fixed the issue.
                                Your product will be shipped from our warehouse with in 48 hours.
                                We will share you the tracking number after the product is shipped. Weeks passed they are no responding on emails It's very annoying.
