Subject: Urgent Request to Trace and Return Missing 64GB MicroSD Card – Reference: Mivi Ticket ID 3847112
I am writing with reference to Mivi Ticket ID 3847112.
The Blue Dart courier team picked up my complaint device (Mivi Soundbar Q26) on 25 July 2026, and the repaired unit was delivered back to me on 4 August 2026.
Unfortunately, after the product had been picked up on 25 July 2026, I realized that I had accidentally left my 64GB MicroSD card inside the soundbar before handing it over for repair. The data stored on the card is extremely valuable and irreplaceable. Moreover, the value of the MicroSD card itself is greater than that of the soundbar.
Immediately after realizing my mistake, I contacted the Mivi support team. From 26 July 2026 onwards, I sent multiple emails, contacted your team through WhatsApp, and submitted more than 20 callback requests. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response through these channels. I was also unable to speak directly with any representative, as only one-way communication was available. Despite raising more than 20 callback requests, no callback was ever arranged.
I sincerely hoped that the MicroSD card would be returned along with the repaired soundbar. However, when I received the repaired unit on 4 August 2026, I found that the 64GB MicroSD card was missing.
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and make every possible effort to recover my MicroSD card. It contains irreplaceable personal data of immense importance to me. I would be extremely grateful if you could locate the card and arrange for it to be returned to me at the earliest.
I sincerely apologize for my oversight in leaving the MicroSD card inside the soundbar before sending it for repair. At the same time, I respectfully request your kind support and urgent assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
