Mizuno India — Complaining about money deduction from account and not providing any information about order and shipping

I order shoe with no #44b638-345 on date q7 april a amount of money 8152 was deducted from my account and no order confirmation is give by the site and no option for order cancelation or return is provided by the site they did fraud with me the deducted amount from my account and dont give and information about order or dont provide any source about return or order cancelation please help me
