Mku Dde — Non receipt of Degree certificate MBA Production Management A8C7011616

Sir/Madam,
I completed my MBA Production management course from MKU DDE in the year 27/08/2014, i received final pass mark sheet for the course this i received after continues follow up .
I applied for provisional certificate and paid the amount as per university norms(i.e. Rs 300, SBCollect Reference No.DU09018208 dt. 03/12/2014), but i didn't receive the certificate.
So i went in person i made a complaint regarding the non receipt of the certificate.
As advised by Mr. P.T.Manoharan, Additional controller of examination i have applied for degree certificate on 29/01/2016, amount Rs 1500, DD from Indian Bank, DD No. 246629 dt. 29/01/2016.
I have made many telephone calls and send numerous mail till date i didn't receive my degree certificate.
