I was approached by MMI Education & Migration Services In Bahrain office and its representative, Mr. Prabhaker Vincent, in connection with an overseas employment opportunity. Based on the representations and assurances given to me, I paid a substantial amount of money towards the recruitment, visa, and related processing.
I have paid approximately ₹5, 98, 000 (around ₹6 lakh) in India in different instalments, and other amounts/charges connected with the process.
Despite making these payments and relying on the assurances given by the agency/representative, the promised employment/visa process was not completed as represented, and I have suffered significant financial loss, stress, and hardship.
