Respected officer,
I have given new current account at dombivli east phadke road branch,
1st of all they tooked very long time to activate the new account which i still accepted, where as the commitment was of 4 working days, which tooked almost more then 8 days... Still i accepted...
Bt on strong follow up from branch regarding to cheque book, every time the coordinator ashmita said it will be dispatched to the address provided... Every time i said ok, this procedure almost followup with her for more then 5times, as she was unable to track my cheque book
Which has almost tooked more then 25days today as still i have not received,
Few days back when i shouted on her what the hell is happening then ashmita told to give me another request again as while filling the form, may be that person has not ticked for cheque book or some thing has missed from them in system
Such a big bank axis... And having such an irresponsible person when customer is doing hurry and ur team is giving such hopeless service
Proprietor for the account is my wife shreya rajesh thawani
And this was ever worst experience i have ever faced in my carrier from banking department
I am regular clint of hdfc band and bank of baroda bank... I get excellent services from both the banks...
One of my friend suggested me for axis bank and i am really really fed-up from followups from ur team
Need intimidate action to be taken on such staff or bank team.
