I am filing this complaint on behalf of my wife, Ritika Dubey, who has been facing serious mental and financial distress due to MobiKwik’s unethical and irresponsible practices.
She had two active loans from MobiKwik:
₹1, 00, 000 disbursed on 12th July 2023
₹50, 000 disbursed on 6th January 2024
Recently, the entire loan amount — ₹2, 10, 000 approximately — was paid off in full. However, the very next day, her CIBIL score dropped, and a new added amount suddenly started reflecting in her loan account — without explanation, without communication, and without consent.
We tried contacting MobiKwik support, but instead of resolving the issue, they told us to “contact the lender.” There is no lender contact detail provided, nor is there any way to reach them from within the app or account portal. We are stuck in a loop with no resolution.
This is completely unfair. We paid the full amount, closed the loan for personal reasons, and are now unable to apply for new loans due to this false reporting — directly impacting our future and peace of mind.
We demand:
Immediate correction of CIBIL report
Complete closure of loan with zero dues
Removal of any false balance or charges
Official written clarification and communication from MobiKwik or the lender
If this is not resolved immediately, we will pursue legal action and raise this issue with RBI, credit bureaus, and on all public platforms.
This is not just financial mismanagement — it is harassment and a breach of consumer rights.
