Mobikiwik — Amount not refunded

I transferred 1984inr from mobikiwik wallet to wazirax wallet, amount is not deposited into wazirax wallet and still amount is not refunded, it's already four days passed after I filled compliant in mobikiwik help center, but still no response, kindly help me
