I have made a big mistake by ordering from brands4cheap.com
First of all I got a wrong shipment and when i called the customer care(who never pick up the call in first ring, you have to call 10-12 times), I talked to Ms. Sheetal on 8-6-13 and 10-6-13 and she confirmed me for the reversal within 2 days.
So but it din't happen, I again called today, 12-6-13. again same thing was said. I can say say confirmly that same message will be said again when they will be called again, afterall they are trained to...
If you are not acting professionally, why the hell you are running a service oriented business, and looting the hard earned money of people.
I ordered Desire foot massager and some local massager which is totally different product was shipped.
When i asked to check and pay for the product, the delivery boy refused to do so.
What message are giving by your actions, do let us know...
